    I don’t really think Shining is elim though. Soother doesn’t strike me as the only effective role to give to the elims, and numbers won’t be an issue tomorrow if we’re wrong. I would condense onto JNV but I really don’t know what to make of Alpha’s responses to me

    It's also Archer, who we actually can verify had the role and alignment in question :P. Come to think of it, I don't know how I feel about there being two survive-an-NK roles in a game with 9 players.

Didn’t PM anyone because I thought you were gonna be NKd, I didn’t trust Stick enough, Shining was up for the exe, and no one else struck my fancy :P. Plus I just like distro stuff and most of the game seems to be in thread anyway

    \(._.)/ Thank you soother! Is that just Shining? If so, don’t think we can quite clear him since an elim was dying anyway. Pretty sure we can clear Stick, then. Glad I reevaluated >> I wonder why there was no kill. Aman, did you RB anyone? Also an elim CS might as well be vanilla in this game huh

    Why only those three? DeTess could have done the kill (as well as e!Tineye!Alpha/JNV, Stick, and Shining) so it isn't that which eliminates anyone. The weird thing about DeTess arguing that the Araris kill must have been submitted early or right at the end is that the former incriminates herself, but I don't know what the VC was when DeTess logged off. Honestly I can see a Shining/DeTess team so I'm okay with those trains.

    Suggesting an idea without following through and not thinking about all of the nuances of the rules are both things that I read as a factor of them being new, not evil. That's why I asked about how you viewed their experience in regards to reading them-- for me, those points reenforce my village read, not take away from it. At least the second one of those. I'd actually be more surprised if v!Alpha had been aware of the tie thing, since I (and many other players, it would seem) completely forgot about it.

    Effectively this is their second game, I think. They're counting the two runs of Araris' recent QF, which was a rerun of QF33 and very untraditional. Mostly I'm asking because I personally would factor in things like new player confusion into my read but I guess I just don't understand what your read is based off of either What (besides their Aman push) do you elim read them for?

    I mean The two flips we have were my two village reads yesterday There aren't very many players in this game Surely you can't maintain that there's no middle ground between village reading someone and tunneling on them I spent last night rereading and examining the likelihood and situations around e!you. My vote was based on the other votes (ones already existing on the others in the PoE); I didn't snap vote you and don't feel my vote is static It's kinda also PoE since I village read other people more But sure I guess you could call it a tunnel

    iiiiii don't know how I feel about this xD Yeah and then you said this: "I guess not" Though tbf scrolling down it does appear your switch was related to that. At least Aman thought it was. Those trains were v/v anyway and the only interaction would be you saving Stick, but I already decided you probably aren't e/e, so I guess you can have a pass. Feels wrong to give it though :P. I agree with this, I think.

    Inefficient Tineyes can make one PM a cycle without taking an action, so an elim one could do that as well as the kill.

    Maybe you did do that, then. You don’t have to be the elim killer. I realized last night that an e!Tineye could make a PM and submit a kill while being ‘cleared’ of the latter (since they can make a PM freely) which I think is my new theory since getting a pool of three on C2 feels too easy.

    Rereading, so here's my jumbled mess of thoughts. Just found Stick/Shining's white text. Unsure if that interaction could be paired but it reminds me of me/Steel when we were teammates. This one in particular would be quite funny if they were e/e and reminds me of the kinds of things I would say with my teammate :P. Again though my problem with that pairing is that elim meta as of late has been aggressive distancing, and this doesn't fit that at all. Wondering at the possibility that Araris was killed for suspecting DeTess. Of all the people who asked to be converted, Shining's does read the most elim to me. Though that could be a dumb read because the Mobborn wouldn't see that as a conversion request lol The amount of times Stick used something related to doc hypotheticals is weird to me because I've never once seen that have any impact on an elim's posts, and even though it is reasoning that is thrown out there I would think Stick would know it's probably not helpful? This was used multiple times relating to Alpha If Stick is evil, her calling my read a tunnel and unvoting me lowkey could have been a pocketing attempt xD Shining unvoting Araris and voting Archer could be him solidifying the elim kill choice. @Shining Silhouette, what made you switch there? I actually don't think Shining and Stick are paired anymore. They had some potentially e/e interactions, but overall have had more interactions in general than I would expect two teammates to have. Plus, Shining missing that I voted Stick points to them not being paired. I would think that e!Shining would be hyper-aware who was voting on his teammate. I'm actually kind of confused why Aman called Shining's D1 'uncharacteristically helpful / not trollish' lol Okay admittedly that was less a reread and more an examination on the Stick/Shining e/e theory xD I probably should have focused on other people more but the truth is I... just feel good about everyone else, for the most part? Like Alpha I think is just village, DeTess is PoE but I like their analysis style and recent thought processes. Aman I think is village .-. Yeah. JNV is there I guess but hasn't really done anything. The VC is just Stick voting DeTess and Aman voting Shining, right? Oh wait Alpha edited one in. Do we think the elims care more or less about the Mobborn than the village? My inclination is less since parity is parity while the village can lose to the Mobborn directly, but idk. That would make Alpha's point not really applicable cause the elims wouldn't care who the Mobborn is. It would also nullify my point about the elims baiting the Mobborn onto them, tbf :P.     Okay sure, but I'm fairly confident that's just a me thing and not specific to e!me. Like maybe I'm just completely hopeless when it comes to self meta but I feel like it wouldn't be too hard to find v!me hedging around a tie. That's just something I do when I'm not confident in my reads, which was the case yesterday with the trains that existed. Oh yeah I forgot to say that I did get roleblocked, so it checks out for your alibi. Realistically trains today should be kept to DeTess/Stick/Shining. My problem with e!Shining is that he just felt so pure to me but I do need to reread. And you make a good point about Stick. I don't remember how static e!Shining is with his votes but that statistic could be potentially helpful here. Stick ninja'd me on this point, but I actually disagree. Shining was nearly universally village read and hadn't posted any super strong opinions, so it would have been a decently low info kill on someone people most likely weren't gonna vote today anyway. I want to reread before I vote, but as I alluded to above, it'll be between Stick/DeTess/Shining. No point in looking outside that pool for now. One of the PMs could be fake but the Tineye could always call that out, unless they're evil. But I think faked PMs will be kept to a minimum just because of the possibility of a v!Tineye.
