Here are my ideas for some. Experience("Experience herself is the great teacher, and you must seek her directly." Oathbringer chapter heading) Wisdom("I am not one of those, for wisdom and I have always been at cross-purposes, and I have yet to learn the tongue in which she speaks." Wit speaking to Shallan.) Both of these are possibilities of the survivor shard as it takes wisdom to survive and also if you have experience you can better survive. Brandon has said that the one that wanted to survive has found that hiding is no longer the best thing for it. This could be because the Vessel got enough wisdoom or experience to figure this out.

After Leila seats herself Ku says, "Are we all in agreement that the best course of action is to use a battle as a distraction to get spies into the God Complex?". If all the gods agree, Ku thinks to himself, then I will need four members of the God Complex who will be at the scene of the battle, and that my spies will be able to replace. Ku pauses for a moment, remembering that Leila has access to all things that were and are written, and writes down the criteria for the four people and puts down a note asking her to start looking for possible candidates. @kenod @Dr. Dapper @bees? @Sorana @Nathrangking

If there are a few people that we can capture or kill, then my spies would be able to take their places and be able to get information much more quickly instead of starting at the bottom. "Of course, I can make sure that their disguises are perfect, but they would need to be supplied with all possible information about the replaced person so as to not be compromised."
