Mike stands frozen for a moment, then shivers slightly and rushes to the figures side. He lays a hand on its shoulder and the healing starts. @Through The Living Glass

Mike is about to follow them when he hears something behind him. Why can't he just leave us in pea- he thinks, before realizing that the man from earlier had not in fact followed them and that someone else was on the ground in the snow. "Umm...Erin...?"

He hadn't realized it, but he was famished. "Yeah, I'm starving. Should we go back into town and try to find some food?"

After a moment of quiet Mike takes a deep breath and lets it out slowly. "So. What now?"

"You saved my life," he responds, his voice barely even a whisper.

"Ummm...I can't heal everything. My powers have some...weaknesses that nobody but me know about."

A sad smile appears on Mike's face. "It's okay...I understand. Is there anything I can do for you?"

"Just someone to be with." He smiles at Erin and reaches his hand out again.

When I call eddie a nerd it is a compliment of the highest degree.

Mike let his hand rest at his side. "Physically? Yeah. Mentally? Pretty shaken up. I'm just glad you aren't hurt. And I'm really sorry you got roped into all of my...family problems."

Mike's heart dropped slightly, and he reached his hand out to theirs. "The same way you knew this time. Something will feel off. He's no master actor. Plus, he has no reason to return. He got what he came for."

Mike vaguely remembered watching the burning building in the dreamy state he had been trapped in. He sighs, then begins explaining, "Who you met, that's my twin brother. We're not actually identical twins, but he can change his features to make it so we seem like it. My family all have different powers, mine is actually pretty lame compared to most of them. My brother, he can take people's powers and add them to his own. He's basically on an endless quest to gain as many supernatural abilities as possible. And that's why he kidnapped me and took my place."
