    Cadenza sinks to her knees, then looks up at the ceiling and stands back up. She raises her fist, causing a platform of ice to lift Janice and herself up to the ceiling. She dispels it quickly after and digs her hand into her side. The pain was easing, though.

    Cadenza felt a wave of pain sweep across her and she dropped her hands, clutching them to her stomach. The line of frost stopped moving across the ceiling.

    I love her! Armor is usually really hard for me to draw, I'm really impressed by yours. And the cape? Oh. My. Gosh. Gorgeous! Yeah, some of the combined prompts just felt like they were hinting at me to draw a specific thing. October 14: "Armor, Radiant" Can you guess what I drew?

    Andante arrived a little bit later, running quickly.

    Cadenza had been planning behind everyone else. Suddenly, she jumped out in front of everyone and created a fairly thick ice wall blocking the corridor. "C'mon, guys! We have to get out of here. Anyone know a way up to the top? That wall won't last against bullets!" She sent another sheet of ice over the wall, hoping it might deflect a bullet.

    Sosternuto leaned back, considering what the woman had said. If she sold crystals, that might be why he had been sent to her. However, it could be an entirely different reason. Best to just wait.
