I am. My siblings are. We're not forcing anyone(unless your parents do), it's a recommended guideline for members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.

Daolan rubbed his forehead wearily. "My apologies. Clearly you are under orders not to tell me anything, and even if you weren't then common sense would dictate keeping silent. I did not mean to detain you unduly. If you wish you may leave."

"Oh, thank you! I don't know that I could carry that any longer. I mean, I guess I could switch hands but this will be easier. Just let me know when you're tired and I'll be fine to carry it."
