Cruz descends below the decks in search of something to eat—and, preferably, something he could use as a weapon. "Aryanna?" he called. A name he might've heard once before, unlike the other one.

Cruz shook his head, laid back, and shut his eyes. "Got any food?"

"Against the Queen?" Cruz asked, "Since when?"

Cruz cursed to himself and shivered.

"...Vespyr's... island? Who's Vespyr? I'm not familiar with a Lord Vespyr."

"Oh, hello! Janice, wasn't it?" Cruz said. He realized he was still a mess from the trial. Prison hadn't been kind to his hairstyle.

Cruz took a deep breath of fresh air. The smell of freedom. He twirled the dagger the girl had given him and then looked to her. Cruz runs, following the apparently vanished person. "Where are we going? What's the plan?"

I pretty much do this, even though I've graduated from the Aaronic Priesthood. What few young men we have still rely on me to get things done... -
Cruz glanced at his lawyer next to him. "Am I... 'vanished,' now?"

Cruz remained sitting, staring straight ahead, but gave a subtle nod yes.

Cruz sat back down for a second. Well, what's the plan? I just walk out of here?

Cruz racked his brains, trying to remember if he knew any of those people. This trial had felt like it had taken forever. Ah, thanks! He glanced around at the judge and jury, who were now looking at him like he was crazy. Can... any of them see you? Or should I sit back down?
