And guess what?

One of the peoples was almost done reading RoW, was Cosmere aware, and we had a fun conversation about Doomslug.

I finished it, "with tears, yes," but I finished it.

AND HOLY TANAVAST AND STORMING BRAIZE ITSELF. 

Stuff went down, you guys.

But it was seriously one of the best books I've ever read. It was only beaten by tWoK, for me, and in that case, mostly because of sentimental reasons. (tWoK was my first Sanderson book, and it completely changed my life.)

The characters were... Fantastic. They've always been good, but they just seemed so much more vivid.

And that one kid? He'd better find a spren. He deserves it.

And I really really like Rlain, Navani, and Adolin, far more than I have in the past. I've never disliked any of them, but now I love them. Kaladin is still my favorite.

I'm going to have to go and discuss stuff on the forums and listen to Shardcast and stuff.

I'm far from the expert in this field, so I am seeking advice.

I am thinking about either joining or starting a role-play.

If I join one, any suggestions of one where I could easily jump in?

If I make one, would anyone be interested in joining an odd kid who's really good with a sword in his journey to stop some people from killing a dragon? (A short story idea I had a while back with this really fleshed out character, but the plot fell flat). I might not do that, exactly, but dragons will likely be included. Any suggestions?
