"For now, anyways. If you absoluely have to, use it. As nasty as soulcasting savant effects are, I'd rather you have a metal arm than be dead." Fadran looked at her. "Is that acceptable?"

"Stop using Investiture."

"Just to stop the spreading. I'm no planar scholar, so I couldn't tell you how to fix it permanently."

"Then I have a... temporary solution." Fadran tapped his fingers against a tree. "But you're not gonna like it."

"So... if I recall, by definition Savantism is using Investiture abilities so much that the Investiture becomes fused to your soul. Right?"

"So... Savantism?" Fadran asked clarifyingly. @Random Bystander

"Okay. Come on." Ayia still held Camille's aluminum-speckled hand.

"Nono. You're fine." Ayia stroked Camelia's hair. "You wanna go talk to Fadran about it?"

"Okay." Ayia held her in a hug. "Alright, dearie. I get it."

Ayia took in a breath, then looked at Camelia. "What do you think, Cammie?" @Random Bystander

"Maybe you are, but what if you make it worse?"

"No. It doesn't. Chaos only works when you're trying to break something, not when you're trying to fix something. Have you taken a look at yourself? You go fuzzy and incorporeal whenever you get upset. You're literally breaking yourself whenever your emotions are chaotic." Ayia pushed Tvora away. "Chaos isn't what we need right now."

"No, you stop!" Ayia gave him a hard stare. "You don't just stab someone in the hand like that! Something like that needs to be done in a controlled environment by trained professionals--we literally just built a medbay! Just wait a moment, okay?"

"WHOA!" Ayia grabbed Tvora's hand and pulled it away. "HEY!"

"It's cool, Martin." Ayia waved at him dismissively. "Tvora, you want to help? You come help."

This way! THIS WAY! Alex grabbed T's hand and yanked her towards a cluster of bushes. Come on! Hurry! "She a UP, kid?" One of the soldiers called. "You know what the penalty is for keeping a live UP from the Clan!" Alex muttered an unflattering word and pulled her down behind a bush. "Stay still. Really, really still." @Mist

"Well, what other impossible things have you done?" Ayia smiled. "I'm sure you've done plenty."
