    Wendy half-smiled at Alienor sheepishly. "Sorry, madame. They're... y'know. Kids." Meanwhile, Katie had grabbed Arabella and pulled her behind a table, trying to come up with the perfect plan to scare Nicolae out of his socks.

    "Go bother Nicolae." Wendy decided, shooing them off into Nico's general direction.

    "Okay girls." Wendy gently but firmly placed her hands on each of their shoulders. "Give the princess some space."

    "Then let's plan on it." Ayia smiled and punched him in the arm. "Besides; being unsusceptible to spontaneous mind control would probably make overthrowing an evil king an awful lot easier."

    "Nope." Ayia pointed over at the command tent. "He's in there. In that tent, with Queen, presumably responsible enough not to need a chaperone, setting up some magicky-mumbo-jumbo headquarters so that we can all split up without actually splitting up."

    "The... person." Ellis sighed. "Y'know. The person with the dream crystal? The one with the wind and the knives? The one we were just talking about?"

    Wendy brushed off her apron frantically and walked over as quickly as she could. "Ah, I'm... so sorry, Lady Alienor, these kids just, uhh..."

    "Lady Alienor!" Katie shouted, ducking out from underneath the table and running up to the princess. @Condensation.

    "As for you, Katie," Wendy turned to the other girl and gave her a kiss on the forehead. "Don't break anything." "Fine." "Now Wendy has to go back to work," she said. "If you need someone, Nicolae's here. And if you get thrown out, no sneaking back in, understand?"
