  1. Elya nodded, then opened the door. "Excuse me, Verim, but could you come here please?" @Fallapede
  2. "I wouldn't know. Do you think he'd divulge if we asked?"
  3. "He had an uncanny level of speed." Elya replied. "I wasn't focusing hard; I could barely detect him."
  4. Ayia vanished all her stuff away and stood up. "Ready when you are."
  5. *AHEM*

    *coughs*

'Scuse me. Had a frog in my thoat. DID ANYONE HERE LOSE A FROG???

    Anyways.

Hi there! Hello! It's me, I'm the Adstronaut that one guy! I'm out here in statusland to summon some folks.

See, awhile back (and I mean a while back) I started a roleplay called Fellowship of the Thing. It was a pretty simple idea: all the universes are connected, so people can play characters from their own stories or anyone else's in a big adventuring group. It was originally called "I'm bored; let's mess around," and frankly that's all we really did.

It evolved. That's what things do. Now it's kind of a multiversal battleground of crazy magic and awesome characters. Frankly, it's awesome.

But all our writers are GONE.

A whole slew of characters have simply vanished into the abyss. Vapor, Jek, Nathrangking, Fox, all of Xino's J-names... and everyone who joined in after the OGs left are gone now too. The thread has died down, and all the side plots are vanishing under the massive piles of failed RPs.

Maybe that's for the best: allow the behemoth to fade away so that something new can blossom out. The likes of Arcalla, Zvso, Spaaaaaaaaaaace, and the others can have their moment in the spotlight. Perhaps it's a good thing that Fellowship of the Thing has fallen?

    ...

    Nah.

So that's why I made this SU! I need some folks to help revive my child. There are all sorts of people running amuck in the RP subforum nowadays, and I'm going to drop their names in this spoiler box below so I can properly guilt-trip them into joining Fellowship of the Thing!

    BWAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!

And here are some old-timers who're still up and kicking it:

@Spren of Kindness (yes, I know you're carrying Earth 2767 rn, but bringing the Hugspren back would be anything but a bad idea)

@Matrim's Dice (you're allowed to run more than one person)@Ookla of Anarchy and Chaos (I guess you're still hanging out but I'm summoning you anyway)

And here are some folks who might be interested(?):

@Robin Hatter (I've seen you hanging out on Forum Games, but have you ever considered consistency?)

    @Elf (you're a cool person! I think!)

@Frustration (you were in Side Tales but if you'd wanna maybe help worldbuild completely new universes via characters that'd be pretty cool )

@Ookla the Enthralled (you cannot escape me)

Aaaaand here're the folks who were still hanging out on Fellowship of the Thing last I checked:

  6. Ayia glanced over. "Oh? Already?" She hadn't slept a wink.
  7. "Probably, like... at least two thirds of it."
  8. "He wouldn't care." Ayia thought for a moment. "Probably."
  9. Ayia cleared her throat. "Do you believe in love at first sight, or should I walk past you again?"
  10. "Tons. I have a list." Ayia pulled an honest-to-goodness roll of paper out of the air.
  11. "Uhh... mostly unofficial epic warrior stuff, actually." Ayia chuckled. "But I also like most people, anything cute, bad pickup lines, and pretty much any activity that contains any of those other things."
  12. "I would be more than willing to help."
  13. "I was trained to keep my abilities within myself. I've been capable of extending them to others in a pinch on occasion, but never consistently or effectively." Elya sheathed her sword.
  14. "Forget about it. It was my pleasure."
  15. "It allows me to react a lot faster and control my motions and make the more precise." Elya took in a breath, gripped her sword, then slashed upwards; she cut a fly clean in two.
  16. "He also just sat on what I believe was a table for a flowerpot."
  17. "Interesting." Elya nodded, then brought out her own sword. "My abilities allow me to hyperconcentrate on my surroundings. I can steady my breathing, my heart rate, my internal temperature... and also my senses." She closed her eyes. "For example, I can tell you from how the air is displaced and where the heat is in this building that our captive is listening in on this conversation." @Szeth_Pancakes
  18. "Yep." Ayia replied. @Spren of Kindness
