  1. Moni nodded. "Do you know anything about the other parts of X? Or is this the only missing piece?"
  2. Someone else considered for a moment before deciding to respond. "Of course not. I was merely taking precautions, in case things go poorly for me." He hesitated, summoning a sword to his hands hopefully. It felt awkward and unbalanced in his hands. "Of course it didn't work. My twin is so much better at that." "So is that piece of X the survey?"
  3. Someone else laughed, hugging his twin happily. "It's good to see you again. I see you're having trouble with your cooking again." He gestured towards the pot on the stove, which smelled like moldy socks. "And you still haven't managed to get any better at home repair. You really should hire someone to get that fixed for you." His face grew more serious. "It seems I've been infected by order again. Yes, I know, I really should avoid this kind of thing. Sorry. In any case, you should have this until I recover." He pressed a piece of metal into his twin's hand, purposefully not thinking about what it was. Then he walked out the door, leaving someone else to begin cooking some stew that smelled much better than before.
  4. Someone? That was interesting indeed. Poor old Someone. Such a terrible misunderstanding. He shrugged, teleporting to someone else's house. It was rather different from his own. Rundown and broken, place looked like it had been abandoned for more than thirty years. He entered the door, wincing at the terrible smell. It seemed his twin had been cooking again.
  5. Someone else ignored the voice. Chaos did not bend the knee to order, and never would. He decided it was high time he paid his cousin a visit.
  6. Someone else only laughed harder. The voice wanted him to kill a narrator. That was foolishness,
  7. "Fine. I'll make that oath. I won't tell anyone. Just answer my questions." Someone else shuddered. This certainly wasn't part of the plan. Ah well, narrators were a strange lot. And still, none of them had ever realized who he was. truly was. He laughed. Voices in his head. What next?
  8. Someone else shook his head. No, 628 wasn't him, he was someone else.
  9. Someone else glanced over his shoulder, then disappeared again, leaving 628 to stand alone in front of Abomination.
  10. Someone else raised his eyebrows. "You really thought that would work, didn't you?" he chuckled. "They always do. It's so satisfying to see the look on your face right now. The utter shock of having your powers fail you."
  11. Someone else looked shocked. They appeared to be in a kitchen, which was filled with a variety of pots, all filled with delicious-smelling soups. "Yeah. After the Witherlord tried to kill me, and I escaped. Why didn't you warn me that would happen?" Moni glared angrily. "We could have died. Or worse. And you didn't tell me. Answer my questions. what do you know?"
  12. Someone else did not recoil. he stared down at the sword protruding from his chest, and it puffed into mist. he turned to Abomination, whose foot was hurting rather badly. "You seem to have forgotten my leg. You have much to learn about TLT if you are to prosper here." He handed Abomination a lemon brownie and disappeared. Moni folded her arms. "What is the survey, and why does the Witherlord want it? What happened to X, and what contingency plan did he leave behind?" Nameless nodded. Then he glanced off to somewhere distant. "Ah, the light one's spawning. Excellent." He disappeared in a flash of light, appearing in front of the Spectra.
  13. Someone else recoiled from the darkness, wincing. In an instant his sword was levelled at Ambition's throat. "I don't know who you are, but if you try that again you're dead." "Dang it. Could one of the others get Spectra to coalesce?" Moni yelped, flailing for a moment. "Could you not do that? I just wanted to talk to you."
  14. Moni nodded and sat down to wait. Nameless nodded. "So let's go make them coalesce!" Someone else looked skeptical. "I see. It is a pity that you are unwilling to be forthcoming. Well, entering combat with a narrator is foolish, so I should be going, if you don't mind."
  15. "So, what weaknesses do you have, exactly? If you tell me, I'll give you something that will be quite valuable to you."
  16. Someone else coughed. "Sorry, I meant to ask: is that the only difference between you and a normal narratorgeist?" Nameless grinned. "Nice. So would you happen to know where the other elemental components are?"
  17. "Ah, good to know. So are you a withergeist?"
  18. Someone else nodded. "So is that the only reason?"
  19. Moni glanced at it. "Oh, it looks like I can contact the consultants. Survey, could you ask them if we could meet?" "Because I want to understand you. Actually, I was wondering what kind of race you are. And why are you immune to Earwaxium?"
  20. Moni hesitated, trying to remember. "I don't think so." Unfortunately for him, someone else was extremely skilled at calling bluffs. "So why are you actually serving him?" AdoKho studied the withergeist carefully. "I believe I shall."
  21. "That... is not the Witherlord's goal." "He killed my father, Sammael." Nameless approached it, extending a hand. "Hello there stranger. How do you do?"
  22. AdoKho stared at the Witherlord with hatred burning in his eyes. "Mythos." "So... how do I get to them?"
  23. "You wish to see all things destroyed? What 'great realm' can there be when all is ruin?" Moni nodded. "So, should I go talk to them? They seemed to want me to finish the survey, last time I talked to them."
  24. "My undying loyalty. Just give me the power to take my revenge, and I will serve you."
