    Nameless bounced off the window and fell to the ground painfully. "Right. I can't break the windows." He sat up, groaning. "Hey, @Doomslug The Destroyer, I think I'm cured. That knock to my head I got from trying to jump out the window completely removed all compulsion to read Sanderson books."

    "Hm. Let me see." Nameless ran for the nearest window, threw a chair at it, and jumped out.

    Nameless put down his book. "When do I get my magic powers again? Do I have to go through a character arc first, or can I just do it offscreen?"

    He doesn't say it's not made of investiture. And many of the traits that are stored by feruchemy are not made of investiture. Heat isn't investiture. When you store your body's heat, you convert that heat into investiture, then convert that investiture into heat when you tap it.

    Nameless shrugged. "They have something that could be very important to my plans." "Thaylen city. Outside a temple to Taln."

    Unless F-aluminum is completely different from all other forms of feruchemy, identity is investiture. The importance of this is that aluminum can interact with magic systems semi-normally. So it wouldn't make sense for it to be used to shatter Adonalsium, especially when we already have a pretty reasonable way for that to happen in the Dawnshards.

    Moni began relating the story of the dog and the dragon to the survey. The weapon appeared behind them, staring at the closing portal for a moment before disappearing. The weapon shook his head. "We searched thoroughly, but the reproduced luxsprite was not there. The others must have taken it. We attempted to find them, but lost track of them after they went through some kind of portal." Nameless raised his eyebrows. "What are you doing here?"

    Well, if that was the case, then what's chromium? It also removes metals. Aluminum removing investiture is just part of the magic system.

    Yes. But it is a part of allomancy. And for feruchemy, you can actually store investiture in it.

    "Reading Dragonsteel? really? That book has so many spoilers." Nameless looked around. "There doesn't happen to be another copy of it in there, by any chance?"

    Nameless gasped. "How dare you? Do you know how hard it was to get a physical copy of AoN? I had to print an entire book."

    Nameless laughed for a little while longer, then went back to his book.
