  1. Nameless glanced over at them. "Excellent. Now all we have to do is wait."
  2. "I was-*sob* in the library reading, an-*sob* there was a shadow that kept trying to get me to read a book, and then he turned Tani to sludge!" Nameless broke down into incoherent sobs.
  3. "Yep. I'm just about finished with the setup, just need to get the last few pieces into place and we're good to go. Here, let me take those." Nameless grabbed the luxsprite energy and the concentrated Earwaxium, inserting them into a glowing machine.
  4. Nameless started crying and ran back to the insanity clinic.
  5. I think it's growing on him. That's why he hasn't change it.
  6. "Oh, I brought you into the consultant's headquarters. It's a secure area. We can safely make the sword here."
  7. Nameless stared in horror. "Oh storms, Tani? I think I'm actually insane. I should go back to the clinic, shouldn't I?"
  8. Nameless laughed at the figment of his imagination, too absorbed in his reading to notice Tani, although he did wonder how she'd gotten out of the insanity clinic. Taln was such an epic main character.
  9. This silence was rudely interrupted by a portal snapping open just long enough for Mythos to crash through it into a wall. Nameless burst back into the room, smiling broadly. "Mythos! Good to see you. Here, take this anchor. It should keep you here until... well, you'll see."
  10. Nameless ignored the shadow's attempts to get him to read the fake Sanderson book, instead opting to read the entire Stormlight Prime series over again.
  11. Nameless nodded to the scientist, who flicked a lever, causing a portal to flash brightly into existence. "Go!"
  12. "Yes." Nameless approached one of the Ronds. "Is the portal ready?" The Rond nodded, not looking up, hands flying over the controls. "Almost. I just need to emplant the connection over there," He gestured towards a pedestal, which was glowing with a faint energy. "And then we can proceed. You have the materials ready, I presume?" Nameless nodded, placing a pack on the pedestal. "Right. Mythos, I need you to step through this portal as soon as it opens. Hold this stuff." He handed Mythos the energy of the luxsprites and the concentrated light-Chaos energy.
  13. Nameless transported them to a lab, where a group of Rond's were busily storing chaotic light energy into a semi-safe container. Nameless nodded at the scientists and collected the container. "Now, I hope I've finished setting up the forging station."
  14. "Whatever. Mythos, follow me to the lab and we can pick up the last ingredient."
  15. Nameless didn't notice it. He was too engrossed in reading Legion while listening to Dune at the same time.
  16. Nameless glanced at Lythia. "You know I can see and hear you, yes? Anyways, I don't seem to remember you ever trusting me."
  17. Nameless made a disgusted noise. "I can't believe someone would leave fanfiction in the library. This isn't even by Brandon Sanderson." He ignored the book and instead picked out Legion for a reread.
  18. "Don't worry. I have all the necessary equipment prepared."
  19. Nameless opened the doors of the library and stepped inside. He stared happily at the books, walking slowly towards the Brandon Sanderson section.
  20. "I need the chaotic-dark energy from your withergeist powers. You'll probably lose those powers."
  21. Nameless ignored this, addressing Mythos. "I need your help to make a sword that can kill the Witherlord."
  22. Nameless remained happily unaware of this, wandering towards the nearest library.
  23. "Wonderful." the weapon grabbed Mythos and transported him to Nameless.
