    Nameless shook his head. "Make all the excuses you want. It won't change anything. I know who you really are, and you're no tragic hero."

    Nameless laughed. "Excuses. If you'd truly cared about stopping the Witherlord, you would have killed him when he was defenseless. No, all you wanted was a good story." Nameless laughed, and let Thaidakar go. "You have more of the old way in you than I thought."

    "You knew everything I would do before I did it. You knew when your plans would fail and when they would succeed. You let it all happen. You could have saved Sequence. You could have stopped Rond. Why didn't you?"

    Nameless grabbed Thaidakar, slamming him against a wall. "You are a horrible person. Every scrap of sympathy I once had for you is gone. You let Sequence be tortured. You let Unintelligible die. You let Rond twist people in horrible ways. You are a monster."

    "Wow. Okay. Well, let me just say one thing before you go."

    Nameless snorted. "No I wouldn't. I would be perverting the timeline if I didn't remove it." He paused. "Unless... but no, that's impossible."

    Nameless stabbed him again.

    Nameless exerted his will, stopping this change before it began. He looked at Thaidakar, still breathing, if only barely. "I had to do some serious damage in order to permanently remove his memory, but he should live."

    Nameless nodded. "I'm doing this for the good of the universe." He swept the blade upwards through Thaidakar's head. "You cannot be allowed to keep your memory, it would destabilize everything."

    Nameless grunted slightly, taking back the sword. "You can't hide from me with illusions Thaidakar. This is for your own good." He rammed the sword through the real Thaidakar's chest.

    Nameless rammed the sword into Thaidakar's chest.

    Nameless smiled back. "Don't worry, I won't."

    Nameless twirled the sword. "Getting myself an awesome sword. What does it look like I'm doing?"

    Nameless grabbed the Mordite sword from Thaidakar. "Not quite yet."

    Nameless applauded. "And they all lived happily ever after. The end."

    Nameless munched loudly on his popcorn.

    Nameless pulled out some popcorn as he watched the battle go down.

    Nameless sighed. "Of course. Hi Abomination. How's it going? Going to kill Thaidakar again?"

    Nameless opened a gateway out of the void. "Are you coming?"

    Nameless sighed, opening his cage. "Listen, we need to leave the Void. Will you come with me?"

    Nameless looked at Mythos. "What did he look like?"

    "That's not what I'm talking about. That was a delusion. Have you seen The Witherlord?"
