what would happen if you attacked an unmade with nightbood? We know that night blood is very powerful and I wonder in you attacked an unmade with nightblood if he would be able to do any damage. (Edit) We know that nightblood has an obsession with "destroying evil" and I would think that he would be eager to destroy the unmade because they are quite evil.

The people on Roshar just accept that weird things just happened sometimes and Lirin may have a vague idea of what's happening to him.

That could be true but I don't think we know enough about TLR to judge what he would have wanted. (edit) I mean his attitude in life and how curious a person he was.

I also think TLR would have wanted to have access to both the feruchemical and allomantic ability of these metals provide. and if he didn't have the technology wouldent he have wanted it he lived for 1000 years and could have had some of his priests create the technology secretly.

Fair enough but it still seems odd to me that not having the other metals would have driven Vin crazy because she's not the type to let an advantage slip by her. And technology was odd on Skadrial because of TLR letting some things advance and others go by the wayside I feel like metallurgy was one of the things TLR let grow in some areas but held back in others.

I was talking about when she was at the well of ascension when she didnt even know what ruin was. Allomancy was very important to Vin and she would have taken note of any metals they didnt know about.

the melting point of bendalloy is 158 degrees the only problem I could see is that they don't have the metals but I think they could have found a little bit of the metals needed.

won't she have seen the huge advantage they would have given them especially chromium and bendalloy.

This thought came into my head and it has been bugging me why did Vin not find out about the rest of the allomantic metals when she took up the powers on preservation at the well of ascension. When Sazed takes up the powers he Knows about them and mentions them to spook on the back of the picture of the flower. If someone knows why please explain it to me.

I think I would be hard to write a relationship between Tarah and Kaladin because to me it would seem like Tarah is a gold digger (or sphere digger) because she was the one that broke off their relationship and if she did go back to Kal it would feel to me like she would just want to be with him because he's a lighteyes and a KR. I also think she is not right for Kaladin.

This is a simple question, how fast are spren? Are some spren faster than others or can they all move at the same speed through the spiritual realm? It seems to me that Syl is faster than Pattern but I could be wrong.

not exactly just in this case. I agree with that to an extent the ideals he swears could change his views.

Rock couldn't see Renarins spren and he may not fully understand his power. I agree that Renarin is an anomaly but I don't think it's impossible because in the gem library one of the old knights said they foresaw something and it sounded like that knight saw the future.

Is it possible that Lirin is a truth watcher also with a corrupted spren like Renarin because when Kaladin is at Hearthstone Lirin doesn't like the fact that he is a soldier because he says that war flays the soul and he didn't want Kaladin to be involved in the war? Is it possible that he got a vision of the future that shows Kaladin kneeling among soldiers with a scared expression? The reason he was so surprised to see Kaladin was a KR was that it confirmed the fact that he did, in fact, see the future.

somewhat unrelated but why can void spren keep their consciousness when they are in the physical realm without a bond.
