  1. I'm utterly appalled that anyone would hate Lift. Lift is the second best Stormlight neigh Cosmere, you know what I will say character that Brandon Sanderson has second to Hoid only.
  2. If it would take Szeth hours to heal his jaw, why can he shrug off spears and arrows in seconds like when he attacks Dalinar on the shattered plains(sorry no quote) he just heals them almost instantly, is this authorial error or something I'm missing?
  3. I had already thought something like this my exact wording was "I cannot protect everyone I accept this, and will forgive myself when I fail." Kaladin would probably add "but that won't stop me from trying." I also think the surgeons oath will come in at some point you know help the people in most danger first then the younger and to move on when one is beyond help.
  4. awakening something sown out of hair could be really cheap though, admittedly you would need a lot of hair, but Iridian royals could go crazy with that stuff.
  5. I'm not extremely well informed on this but I know shards can be broken, destroyed scattered ect could this be accomplished by nightblood? and if so is there anything it(would you use he in this context?) can't cut/kill.
  6. Guys I see a lot of Odium but what about this, Hoid but with all the shards of Adolisium, plus the weapon that killed Adolisium, plus Nightblood, and every honor/shard blade and plate ever for good measure.
  7. Can only humans return? what if Nightblood is some kind of returned shardblade? When we first see him in words of radiance he is described as a shardblade, no HUMAN had to die just a spren. I know this is a bit of a stretch and would undermine the fact that he was awakened, but if the Awakening happened at the same time as the radiant betraying their oath and the spren returned not to it's own corpse but to this new blade. This could also explain why he is sentient not just awakened.
  8. I agree this does smell of wit, however I don't think they are one and the same I think it is more likely that Nohadon came from another world, and was a mistborn or something of that nature.
  9. Perhaps we should consider what Odium said in oathbringer, saying he could take away a fused immortality, so this is something Odium can undo at will (maybe). The fused strike me as some kind of pseudo-shard. the only things that might be able to kill them and keep them dead are weapons that in my opinion could kill a shard(I could be wrong). The only things I can think of being Nightblood, Vyre's knife thing, and whatever killed Adolisium. If you can name something else please do.
  10. The ONLY problem with this is everyone sees it coming, unless everyone seeing it makes them think it won't happen and then it does happen and the surprise is that it did! Ahem little rant out of the way I think it is MUCH more likely that Dalinar would become the missing Herald after the one guy died at the end of Oathbringer.
  11. Do you have any evidence to back this up? admittedly aside from that one line I agree he only really seems to cause hate and contention. However he could be where the Passions we keep hearing about came from.
  12. Odium spoke of himself in one of Dalinar's visions as passion i.e. not just hatred. In my opinion an Odium Cultivation cross over is a bad idea and the resulting shard would probably want to grow emotion which would be devistating if he could just grow mistrust among the Radiants.
