    I agree I think that Roshar will be more gate focused compared to Scadrial's focus on FTL ships.

    I'd still call that reguar travel, it's just a shorter distance i.e. moving across a circle rather than around it. Now if moving from the PR to the CR shifted them over several miles I might consider it, but where it's just "This space doesn't exist here" I struggle to call that FTL

    No you exhale any oxygen not used, which is much less than what you inhale but the oxygen does not stay in your blood and make a second pass.

    Alright now let's make a comparison to the respitory system, you inhale air, it goes into your lungs, into you blood, and is distributed throughout your body until it is returned to your lungs and released. Why does stormlight follow all but the last step?

    If a submarine allows air out through the hull it is a bad submarine. If a submarine allows air out through the hatch it's doing it's job.

    I've got a few more possibilities. Algae and Cyanobacteria have larger concentrations on, inland bodies of water. Ocean life has developed a way to use the investiture from spores as a replacement for water in Photosynthesis, or as a replacement for Photosynthesis( i.e. XSpores -> C6H12O6 + 602) Brandon didn't think about it.

    Becasue the purpose of breathing is to allow gas exchange. Skin leaking stormlight is a flaw in the container, breathing releasing stormlight is a natural function.

    They can already make shardguns, though ammo might be an issue, and lasers are alreaady taken care of.

    Not neccesarily that's going to depend on the rate the spores fall at, as well as a host of other factors.

    Roshar has powered flight, FTL communication and transportation, vaccination, mass production etc, I think they'll be fine.

    There have been a couple of threads asking about it lately, as long as you don't make a big deal about it the mods are cool with it. So one topic, a SU, or a link in your signature is cool. If advertising is the only thing you do, it's not.
