    Cash has innate investiture, which makes it useful as a material, and you can create cash wands (the better the bill, the more powerful the wand) which allows you to cast a certain number of spells depending on how good the wand is. The spells you can cast are related to influencing people’s opinions, and attraction of materials. I want... puppies as my topic.
