He despises killing, and he nearly went insane from it while a soldier. This is constantly conflicting with the part of his morals which compel him, almost no matter the cost, to stop a deed of injustice if he sees one ocurring. He will often have to carry out punishments. If he has to kill a murderer, his sense of duty usually comes through (though not always) but leaves him torn inside. He spares lives whenever possible. As he is a Ghostblood, you can see the complications created by his morals and oaths. He will often black out from guilt if he takes many lives and nurtures a deep hatred for assassin jobs.

Life before death, strength before weakness, journey before destination. I swear to seek justice, to let it guide me, until I find a more perfect Ideal. I swear to the will and laws of the Ghostbloods. This is my Oath. I will seek out traitors and spys in my guild and bring justice to them, so long as Ghostblood leaders permit.

The deaths of his father and brother and loss of sanity broke him. He is a ghostblood.

Damon turned, searching for the lake thingy.

Damon grew tired of waiting to be saved. He held on to SepLar and steel-pushed off of a coin as he flicked it out, driving it into the earth and sending the two of them into the air at a very fast pace. They landed on top of a building at the opposite end of town with Damon's guiding through pushing on lamp posts to correct their course.

Damon jumped down to stand by her.

"Stay back, conners, or I shoot your leader!" Called down Damon, hoping to give SepLar an opportunity to escape.

Galaman was quite kind and knocked Benson out of his misery and off his stool with a strong right hook.

Damon peeked up from a building roof and raised his revolver, ready to provide cover for SepLar.

Damon dashed through the portal and caught up with the others after giving the conners a long, hard stare.

Damon eased the hammer forward on his pistol as to make it more safe but did not lower it.

Damon ducked, saying "I am an assassin. I was hired to protect you by a lover from your old life." He cocked his revolver and took a bead on a conner. (Csilen to be specific)

"Of course, as AJ mentioned, they have guns and you still only have a rod or two"

Damon streaked through the sky down toward the little group. He dropped a coin, pushing it to the ground and slowing himself before whipping out a set of dueling canes. He threw one to Thought. He then pulled out an aluminium colt 1851 Navy revolver. "I have come to help," He whispered, ducking for cover. "That pipe will be folley against a coinshot."
