We have to stay hidden, lest we cause mass hysteria. People wouldn’t take too kindly to finding out that there is a group of people who can fly or make illusions.”

But the authorities technically didn’t even know they existed, let alone fought each other. ”Yes. The primary authority in this area is Doc, and he even encourages such behavior.”
