  1. Submitted my action now.
  2. Sure! Yeah let's do that.
  3. same. So I've flipped my coin already but haven't taken my action
  4. OK, we could do that, or how about 2 of us target 1 person and the other 2 people defend some of us? I can defend Joe and Drought can defend Itiah, who coordinate who to attack. Unless Drought wants someone to defend them?
  5. True. However, we can make inferences, based on players' actions in earlier rounds. I will not mention my inferences here, obviously. But I'll refrain from attacking you until we have fewer people left - if you do the same. Also, sorry for attacking you last round. I guess it's all good, as you're still alive.
  6. Let's try to target people in alliances, then? So neither of us will be outnumbered in the end?
  7. At this point, all of my allies have died.
  8. Itiah, continue?
  9. You know what? This is great. You've all decided for me XD
  10. Are we though

  12. Logmul of Sdrawkcab blinked once. Twice. Her first circle had been exceedingly careful, meticulously copied from some others she had observed. She was deep in concentration, not really paying attention to the killing going on. To her surprise, a small group of people had approached her and consulted with her. Logmul of Sdrawkcab felt as though she might actually have a chance. Until two of her new friends were killed. Her gut wrenched and she tried not to collapse onto the floor - or worse, shake the hand that was holding the chalk. Logmul of Sdrawckab looked around the room, a panicked expression on her face. She was going to have to attack someone, wasn't she? What options did she have?
  13. who should I attack
  14. Aw, now that there's a code, I can't help myself but overthink So I'm seeing a lot of the same number being repeated in Maill's code. The section "451241122545503912", for example. Lots of 4's and 2's and 5's and 1's. Could they be substituting... something completely different from letters? Players and certain actions, coded by a number? That's unlikely, but given the repetition of certain things, Maill could be choosing from a relatively limited selection of symbols - only 3 defenses, plus a list of players.. Or, as Fura said, the REAL code is in everything else, not the actual code. We're over (or under)... doing something? Maybe, he's saying that he doesn't want us to make too much of a bloodbath in the early rounds, or vice versa. I don't know, anyone else have thoughts? Also: Fura, I just figured out your little code
  15. Logmul of Sdrawckab opened a dust-covered eye and attempted to reorient herself. What was this? A competition? She was supposed to kill people? By drawing things with chalk? How? Where was she, anyway? She's have to ask where she'd ended up afterward, if she survived. Looks like everyone was hastily starting already - tracing their first lines, rushing over to each other, rivalries and alliances crystallizing among the crowd, only to be shattered as the game would progress. Hesitantly, Logmul of Sdrawkcab picked up a piece of chalk and silently watched the intricate shapes being drawn. She watched, and she drew her first lines...
  16. Maill, you know that I'm afraid of you now, right? In all seriousness, I'm totally down for negotiating deals/temporary truces with players, if they want to - just hit me up in PM!
  17. I... have not read the Rithmatist and generally have no idea what I'm doing, but I'll sign up regardless as Logmul of Sdrawkcab.
  18. ^ Why is that post still almost making me cry, in a good way
  19. Maill, storm it! That's so good! And congrats on the honorable mention
  20. At first I suspected you because you said I was confirmed as village but not a Tineye but then you posted that I was a Tineye in the thread, I trusted you more because I didn't give you the cinnamon code word. The only possibility other than you actually being Seeker would have been that Maill or someone else with the code word would have told you. And I see that that's exactly what happened XD My decision to trust Maill was early on in the game, not for any particular reason, but he was the first person that reached out to me and I needed to take someone's side, blindly or not. Although retrospectively a bad idea, it provided plenty of RP opportunities!
  21. Yup, the only loophole that I feared has happened. Maill told Karn my role, that's how it became known Man. There was no Seeker. That was such a plot twist. If there really was... I might have actually reached them, they would have Seeked Maill and all that...
  22. anyone else wanna RP it out?
  23. RP time!!! Teraval jumped at the obligator approaching him in the night. Could this be the traitor everyone seemed to be hunting? Was this the end? As he finally saw a glimpse of the man's face, Tereval shook. It was Matarn Wachtrot. His friend, Matarn, out of all people. What had happened? Teraval had looked up to the Prelan, come to him for support in navigating the Cantons. But he had taken the atium. Teraval never would have thought... It had been easy to suspect the seer, Guacless. The strange obligator seemed to have taken an instant dislike to Teraval, who hadn't hesitated to report Guacless as a possible traitor. And he had been correct. But Matarn. Matarn and Bessum, the one Teraval could never quite get a read on. "Do it," whispered Teraval as Matarn approached. "Finish me. I cannot live with all this... everyone killing each other." Teraval looked away and prepared to die.
  24. Good game guys! Well played, Maill. That last post of yours made my jaw drop IRL and I have learned that SE really is as fun as it seems. Well, at least I survived!
