I actually think that tax should be treated locally, and not government ally*. So, a city taxes it's citizens, and then gives maybe, 10% of that tax up to the over all government. That way the cities keep some measure of independence, but the over government can stills support itself. Other question; Where does the citadel fall? It is a city, but overall it is lead by 1 person, me. So, what political power does it have? *The views to not reflect on my actual political views

The pass laws and centralize the Alleyverse. Just bringing a bit more order, and allowing the 'criminal' plot line. It's not like someone tried to do this literally a week ago, by making a police force and he got an overwhelming force of, 'no, that would never work. we will never agree on a centralized code of laws. never' Not at all. It's not like that filled up a whole to pages of the chat thread. No way.

My brain is in law mode still, so I didn't notice that. It should be majority of votes, overall, even if the great guilds have more votes. I don't think this is a problem. The great guilds, and the Lesser guilds should vote together, with the lesser guilds having less voting power. That is a problem. Clone wars, Palatine, Galactic empire, emperor. Put in a veto, upon decision from an impartial group, if the view is challenged by another guild.

Same with Walker. Ambrosia would be his only hope their, and he isn't going to like kill Silas, or anything. No, Walker will not kill Silas. No way. Not a chance. Dusk will though.

I mean, they won't put forward representatives, or run for office, as Precursor members. We will be involved, with the leaders, but we will not show favoritism.

Okay. I guess I'm good with that. I do want to re-address the problem of not letting people have characters becuase their investiture would be rare, but is treated as common. I think that they should be notified that their are already several people with this power, but it shouldn't be blocked, becuase of that. Again, if I had Walker, and I was told that there were already 3 steel compounders, Walker would probably be a windrunner, and have an avian, but wouldn't be a steel compounder, or I might have kept him, or I might have been driven off. I probably would have been driven off. So, they must have plausible reasons why they have their powers, but they must also be allowed ot have the characters they want.

I think that's good. Just clarifying, becuase of the nature of the guild, the Precursors, will not be involved in politics. We are law enforcement which means that we cannot, and should not, be creating the laws. Just making that clear.

If we do that, I'm an Elder Dragon. No I will not be as powerful as Bolas. I would pick out the weakest magics, and produce them to the community, and we can make sure that they aren't to powerful.
