  1. If you would be willing to sell AP for Wealth, contact me. You know how.
  2. When you attack somewhere and roll the worst number possible, losing your entire army. <<
  3. Finally!!! Read the Cosmere 101 thread if you want the basics, though outdated they may be.
  4. I saw it last night and quite enjoyed it. Yes, there's a bit too much happening sometimes, and there's a couple plot holes, but I liked it. I'll be back later with spoiler discussion.
  5. Action 3: Accept House Peacock's contract for wealth for future help.
  6. Yeah, there were some strange luck based scenarios in this game that changed it quite a bit. Elk just guessing his faction was one of them. Some of my thoughts: First, I didn't realize the meta was so shifted onto eliminators. I expected players to begin to negotiate with the GAs of their enemy faction, as the Blood Tyrants don't want the Watch's GAs to die or the Evanescent Epic(s) to die, they need only their GAs to be killed. But no one really negotiated with other factions much. Though Meta tried, it was too late. So I should've beefed up the eliminator team, as with their current team, they didn't have much chance with all three factions focusing on them. I expected the faction game to play more into the early game, not just the endgame. Also, people used the point based actions more than their own pretty often. The hit men never used their powers till now. Only the protections really used them consistently. So people had random piles of points they never used. Third, I know we screwed up on counting points, especially with the bonus for lynching/killing those for your win con. I also messed up on Elodin's teleporting often. I didn't pay as much attention to that as I should've. Though, I didn't mind you guys thinking there were more Epics.
  7. Information. Each faction had an advantage in a field: Blood Tyrants had the kills, PD Watch had protection, and Evanescents with information. Dano was supposed to give you an extra life as well as kills, but we saw how that went. We also messed up and didn't give you a Harmsway like we meant to.
  8. Taniel Two-Shot was walking along Main Street, heading for the city center, when he heard someone call his name. He felt a shooting pain in his gut. Matthew appeared around the corner and smiled. “Tick tock, time’s up,” he said. Taniel’s eyes widened in realization as he fell to the ground. Matthew finished his job quickly, with a shot to the head. Taniel stopped his stirring and as he stopped, the Blood Tyrants began their rule of Portland. The Shadow quickly put his hold on the north side of town, seizing control of his Warehouse headquarters, then branching out to the Pub through Lady E’s work there. Matthew and Skunk-Man had finished their opposition, allowing them easy control of the downtown area as well. With the smart guy and Megan dead, Taniel Two-Shot had been their final obstacle. Matthew had dutifully fulfilled his responsibility. Now the glorious age of the Blood Tyrants would shine over Portland, red as blood, dark as their souls. Taniel Two-Shot was poisoned. As a result, the Blood Tyrants have won!
  9. Day 6: Tick Tock Aman laughed at the Government Agent who flashed her badge at him before drawing a gun. “You think I came to this unprepared?” He asked her. He showed her his bulletproof vest. “Sorry, mate,” a nameless figure said from the darkness behind Aman. He turned as a knife entered his neck and the bullet entered his brain. He collapsed, a ghost of his smile-turned-gasp still on his face. A figure came up and danced on Aman’s lifeless body, sprinkling poison as he did, laughing and singing about his smell. “Deady, deady, deady bodies smell so yummy, yummy, yummy.” A giggle escaped his lips and he scampered off towards his lodging for the night. The people of Portland didn’t take well to the weird folk, though they were full of them, they always thought there was someone weirder. As a man dressed as Darth Vader rode by on a unicycle with bagpipes, he knew he wasn’t the worst one here. He had even heard of a sparkle queen in the south of town. Someone somewhere else in town began chanting a mantra of “Tick, tock. Tick. Tock.” He repeated it over and over and over as the sun began to rise. Aman was killed and protected and killed, so he is in Limbo! Danosaur was an Evanescent Epic!
