  1. Definitely at least 3 of five or 2 of four Spiked have powers, if not more than that. I'm guessing probably more, unless it was all randomized.
  2. Yeah, I'm glad I got into the dead doc when I did and even then, it took forever to read it all. I sometimes wish (but not really) that I'd die early just so I could keep up on it. But don't take that as a sign that I want to die. I don't actually want to be killed early on.
  3. Good job, Spiked. I read through parts of the Spiked doc and I won't be reading it all but you people are devious, and I have to especially compliment Wilson, dang! I'm being careful around you now.
  4. Maw stood dumbfounded at Meta's so called "deduction". "If you guys wanted to know that, I could have told you. It doesn't take a genius to figure that out."
  5. Maw saw Cyrus dash out of his hovel and instantly was confused. Running out, with the others who had sworn to protect him, he saw two figures stab their leader. "No!" The figures dashed away too quickly for the group to catch them. So,it looks like two Spiked? I think there'd be more.
  6. Is there a way to store and summon Shardplate like there is for a Shardblade?
  7. Is there any way to store and summon Shardplate like a Shardblade?
  8. "Thanks, Joe, for the money. Take the boy. I never have liked his kind. I don't know what you're talking about, Joe," Maw added darkly. "I haven't said a word about another Joe. I don't know what you think you're hearing but it's probably not good."
  9. "I suppose so. That tree was worth a full twenty-five boxings. If you pay that, then the kid's all yours. I don't want him anyways," Maw said. At least this Joe was willing to help others. That other Joe, Maw didn't even want to think about what he had done to his family.
  10. Maw grumbled a reply under his breath, cursing the parents of this delusional child. "But, kid, did you ever pay me back? No. And who do you think you are that you'll just save us all?"
  11. Oh, thanks, Shogun! Weiry, shhhhh! We don't go around talking about your mod spikes, do we?
  12. What theories are those, Captain Quiver? They sound absolutely dreadful. Welcome, Joe, the Feathermancers will be an invaluable addition to our team. Also welcome to you, Shogun. I really like your business card, would you mind making one for each group? Though, I am not the captain of the Featherblades. That is Captain Natans. The Feathertips spearmen are mine to command.
  13. Hey, Joe, if I'm right, I believe it's at Cyrus' hovel. Five Years Ago The stranger on the doorway threw a knife into the bookshelf nearest Maw's head. "I know what you've been doing. If you enjoy your life, you'll meet me tomorrow in the alley across from the carpenter's." With that, the stranger spun on his heels and left, leaving the door wide open. Maw hurriedly shut the door and turned to his wife. Her face was pale and the child had ceased screaming. Maw ran and embraced his wife, huddling near her.
  14. "That old fool, Clan, he thinks he can accuse us for trying to help this village? What is he doing to help?" Maw loudly replied to Clan as he limped out. "Who does he think he is?" "Lents. An attack was not needed. You could've simply asked. "
  15. Only five days until these can be used.
  16. Seriously, I have two alternate back stories for Maw at will be revealed when he dies. I don't know which one to use yet, Though. Maw was a bit disappointed by Mabi's response to his offer, but he understood. Cyrus would need all of their help. "Count me in, sir! I'll defend this town until my death. I wasn't always a farmer." Or a bookbinder, Maw added silently. "I am in your service."
  17. Maw watched Wark quickly pocket the money as if he feared Maw would take it back. Doesn't he know I am a man of honor and of my word? Maw thought indignantly. Stupid drunk. I like how you did that right after mine. It fit pretty nicely. They complement each other.
