  1. Good point. Um, I'll scrap him and choose another epic for Thoughttown instead. trying to decide whether or not to take on another Pov character... Sidestep sounds cool. And of course, he's with the team that has arguably the most powerful Epics. :/
  2. Poll: Should I keep Flashpoint as my icon, change it to Max, or revert to Altermind? Thanks, Kobold!
  3. Yes! I finally am a major help. Well played, Ryfe. i didnt suspect you at all until this cycle, so well done. Have fun with the Shades. I agree with Tulir. we need to make sure we get Ryfe. We dont want Any last minute vote changes to save him.
  4. It's okay. I used three of your ideas.
  5. I updated Intervention's bio wig this line instead of his not being able to affect Epics: Can choose how strongly to intoxicate others.
  6. I was just thinking that if he can make someone drunk enough to just about, or in some cases to, knock them out, that it'd be too easy if he could affect Epics. Maybe I'll make it so that he can make someone intoxicated on a scale. Edge, can Nighthound get drunk? Thanks! I look forwards to it.
  7. Congratulations, Kobold! This'll be fun. I'll write up a bio for my two epics soon and then post them here.
  8. If I didn't have glowsap, someone would've challenged me, no doubt. I think Joe is the only one who hasn't been on since I revealed myself. I can't decide who to vote on. As of now, I think Aonar and Joe are both clean, but neither is 100% in my book. I think I'm going to vote for Ryfe. As of now, he's the most suspicious to me. He seems too eager to do whatever we suggest. Once I brought up the need for talk, he jumped on and agreed. Once I asked him to vote, he did so. That's not right to me.
  9. Nalthis 5 Roshar 18 Scadrial 16 Sel 5 Taldain 3 Yolen 15 First of the Sun 4
  10. Here is Intervention's bio: I really like that one. Can you scale that one down too? I may use that as my profile pic at some point. I like the name Darkest Hour. I think I'll make him an illusionist and get rid of the pain power. Should we start a planning thread for the Halloween RP?
  11. Will you vote? Just agreeing that we need to talk and then not talking doesn't help. Ryfe my suspicion of you just shot up.
  12. This is what Killersquirrel sent me. Good job! I commend you.
  13. Welcome back!
  14. I have an idea for my second Halloween RP character. An Epic who can cause someone to think of their darkest moment. The moment which scares them most about themselves. He also learns what that moment is. He can also learn what a person most cares for. He uses this to get people to do things they wouldn't want to. Coupled with an illusionist, he'd be crazy powerful. Should I make him a light illusionist? His final power is that he can cause pain in people's knees. It can only affect one person at a Time. He does this to cause people to bow to him for fun. Edit: I decided that this doesn't fit with this Epic. I'll just leave it as an idea for someone else. Any feedback or name suggestions?
  15. Also claiming these guys: Transfer: Upon his death, he is reborn as his murderer, if the person who killed him is an Epic he retains both his own powers and theirs, though he loses any new powers upon subsequent deaths. Tactic: Can produce copious amounts of smoke, and control any smoke he’s created, can do different colors. I'll put up bios for them later. Speaking of, did you ever finish Max's? Me too. Especially with how much he put into Thoughttown and how he was one of the most powerful ones originally from Portland.
  16. Granted. You store nutrition, but any food you eat will bloat you exceedingly. I wish to never have any drawbacks from a wish on this page.
  17. Wow. First sentence foreshadowing isn't my thing. Electro's: "Electro laughed as the clerk slumped to the floor, her head rolling on the floor and her neck singed." Max's: "Max hated the Epics."
  18. Yes, I just didn't know if we were planning to RP all that destruction as well. Hmmm okay. Yeah. I was thinking cannon fodder NPCs. I'll see what I come up with. I also have some ideas for Altermind to propose at the meeting with the Empire. Well, I looked at Altermind's first Pov sentence; this is it: "Altermind had grown up in Portland." Well. Not much foreshadowing there.
  19. Okay, people. Look at these numbers. We have eight players left. If we assume a 20% evil faction here, that gives us 3 convicts. I think it's possible that there are only two, but we should plan for the worst. If there are three, we are currently 5-3. If we lynch another innocent, we will almost assuredly lose next cycle. We have to get this correct now. There's hardly any room for mistake. If there are only two convicts, then we have a bit more wiggle room, but it's still going to be chancy. Time to put my cards on the table. I am a civilian and I was given three uses of glowsap. The first cycle, I voted for Joe and then used the sap on him. I got back that he was a civilian. Given that we haven't killed the Gang Leader yet, I can't trust any of my results. Second cycle, I used the sap on Luce. Same result: civilian. As she died, that isn't useful, but there it is. This recent cycle, I used the sap on Aonar. As the other two times, I got back that he was a civilian. So since I used up all three uses of my sap, I can't check anyone else and apparently I have bad luck, because I hit only one convict at the most. Which shows that only one of either Aonar and Joe could be the Gang Leader. Not that one of them has to be, but I do suspect that one of them is. We only have fourteen hours to decide who to lynch and there has been almost zero discussion. I'm going to wait for responses from these two before I place my vote. We need discussion though. Aoran and Joe, can you account for your actions and roles? We have to be honest here because we need all the info we can get.
  20. Flashpoint watched as Panacea took in the infirmary. She didn't seem very impressed, but after all, it wasn't much to be impressed by. His mobile went off and he heard Altermind's voice, "Scorch is dead. CorpseMaker sent his head in a box. Don't see why he bothered, since it's more than that two-faced imbecile deserved. Did it for the shock value, I suppose." Flashpoint was shocked, and that didn't happen to him too often. Usually he was the one shocking others. He didn't know how he felt. He was glad that Scorch was no longer a taint on the human race, but the fact that Corpsemaker killed him after just a couple days scared him. How prepared was he, to be able to kill his fire Epic so quickly. Granted, Scorch was lazy and probably didn't endear himself to Corpsemaker at all. As Flashpoint thought, the infirmary was silent. A couple of the staff had heard the announcement too. Pan turned to him and asked, "What now?" "Now we prepare even harder for battle, because if Corpsemaker kills a fire Epic after a couple days, he has to have some serious firepower on his side. I don't know what it is, but he must have some advantage. Scorch is dead though, which relieves me. He can no longer abuse humanity. The burn he left on so many people's minds will not be soon forgotten," Flashpoint responded. "Do your work here quickly. Altermind will probably call a council soon."
  21. Thank you so much! It's so cool that other Sharders actually read this. I actually like it a lot. The only thing is that Altermind would say idiot or imbecile instead of slontze. I used to be worried that Thoughttown's group was too big. I'm still worried about their size, but now I'm worried that they're too small and not powerful enough. Oh okay. Good to understand how that works. Sightline should set up a meeting for Altermind. Set it up for that day. Maybe for lunch? No reason why they shouldn't eat as well as discuss Corpsemaker's demise. Really? Interesting. He won't be too happy about that, but Funtimes would scare him enough so that he wouldn't hurt her directly. mail-mi being called mail is going to confuse me as well. Multiple users call me that too. PP and Altermind don't really have to get along. And Altermind already doesn't like Lightwards, he doesn't plan on extending this alliance longer than needed. Altermind's have both been foreshadowed. Look at his flashback posts. Electro's hasn't been foreshadowed but the reason does come from something in his past that's in his bio Or the new coalition of minor Epics. Are the Roses the name of Revolution's hippie group. (I can't remember the term) Are we planning to move out of Portland? That would be cool. I'd enjoy reading their meeting An ex-soldier is what I thought of too. Edit: Voidus, can you finish up Soulswitch's scene? Mail-mi, have you decided which group you're going to join?
  22. I remember the time when I used to be incredibly below the Admins in rep. Now, only one Admin and four Mods are above me.
  23. Yes. Utah has some amazing places down south and that's what I think of every time I imagine the shattered plains.
  24. I saw a WoB somewhere where he said that in Firefight we will learn how Epics learn their weakness. I assumed that all Epics did. And, even if that's wrong, I'm pretty sure Joe said Sightline did. Oh. Interesting and by interesting, I mean, Altermind will think of this next time a fight happens between the two. Cool. And I think having Pan hear it come over the mobile is the better option. Something like, "Flashpoint, Scorch is dead. Corpsemaker's minion just brought me his head. The traitor wasn't worth enough to his new boss, I guess."
