Chaos may not even answer the ping, but regardless, I'd recommend not pinging him for stuff that doesn't actually need his attention - he's stated in the past that he doesn't want to be pinged for games. If you actually need help or want to talk to him directly, that's fine, but not here, and definitely don't spam it. Yeah, you'll "live", it's not worthy of a suspension or anything like that, but it probably won't endear you to the mods much, either. (For that matter, I wouldn't recommend older members explicitly spurring on newer members to do stuff they know is slightly to the side of the rules.)
If you're ever wondering whether something is allowed or not, feel free to message me, I won't judge. If you have good intentions and don't break any of the rules in the Code of Conduct, you'll ultimately be just fine: we aren't monsters who ignore all context. We're here because we love the community. But if you constantly poke someone with a stick for the silly stuff when they have other things to be handling, often more malicious things, it can get a bit annoying even if we know you mean well.
I'm going to edit a rule into the first post, here: don't ping mods on this thread unless moderation action needs to be taken (unless an individual mod says they're okay with it). If you have a reason for actually needing one of us, whether in particular or in general, please do tag us, PM one of us, or use the report feature.
Thank you all for listening!
