  1. Just search mistborn character quiz and its on GoToQuiz
  2. To be honest my results both scare and impress me. 93% Kelsier
  3. Thanks for the clarification.
  4. Wait, wouldn't only a highstorm like event (resembling the Everstorm) heal the Shardblades? Shardblades are from Honor and since parshmen are of Odium, currently, wouldn't that entail that the only way a Shardblade could be healed is by a highstorm-like event resembling or matching the Spiritual Power of the Everstorm. Also, it might be possible for Maya to become sentient, but she probably won't bond with anyone anytime soon. Adolin, from what we see, is not a Radiant and this would prevent him from Bonding to Maya. However, since he has more of an intimate relationship with his blade (talking to his sword before each dual and in a way showing respect for it) it already has caused Maya to gain more sentience through the Connection that he has with the sword. It might not lead to her finding a new bond, but it might just give her the ability to communicate with Adolin, or even lessen the summoning time. This is just a theory.
  5. It might also be because when she corrupts lesser spren she is in a way "Bonding" Odium to Honor's essence in a way corrupting Roshar as that would lead to stronger influence during the Desolations. I know it sounds weird, but think about it, if spren are essences of Honor and she corrupts those essences, she can gain more information like a spy
  6. Given that Kelsier is not as attached to many things, when he finally lost Mare (someone he actually cared about) he experienced the emotional trauma of losing his wife along with the Physical pain of being in the Pits of Hathsin.
  7. That's a good point, but could that be because Vin had copper on a lot and she could've gained a kind of savantism or because she had a high Investure amount and it was only restricted by the Earring Spike.
  8. The Vessels are the Shard-holders right?
  9. @The One Who Connects Thanks for the clarification, but couldn't the F-gold heal the person according to their Spirit Web (or would that remain changed instantly after they were spiked)?
  10. This wouldn't always be the case, as on Scadrial there are two shards and when Aluminum is burned it wipes all forms of investure for both, not making the Scadrialian have some essence of all 16. It might've been the case on the original planet created by Adonalsium (i forget the name) since Adonalsium is all 16 it might be the case there, but on Scadrial or Roshar it wouldn't since there are only 2 or 3 shards on those planets respectively, and we see no evidence that any of the characters on Scadrial experience both effects of the shards as a result of Aluminum burning. However @King Cole, and I theorized that since Adonalsium is all the shards combined it would have the same effect as AoL spoiler:
  11. You could actually do this if the person getting spiked had F-gold. When the spike pierces the heart it can go through and the gold will heal the heart, and since gold heals to the way that the user perceives themselves it will heal them quick enough that the Spirit Web won't completely be changed by the spiking. BoM spoiler:
  12. If someone used F-steel and pushed the spike through very quickly, could the energy that decayed be reduced in any way? Or for the spike to be pushed through using a Bendalloy bubble, to reduce the overall decay of the Allomantic energy transferred?
  13. As we know H-spikes can take various shapes: BoM spoiler Could you in a way develop a bullet that would instantly pass through the person into the spiked possibly providing near same Investure levels? I know it is a gruesome thought, but it might be possible with a bullet with a great enough resistance to pass through one and into the other.
  14. The removal and addition of the spikes may depend primarily on where the are. The lynchpin spike in an Inquisitor's back is a primary example, it bonds the spikes together and if it were to be removed it would have to be removed either very, very fast or not at all since it is such a crucial piece to the whole morphed Spirit Web of an Inquisitor. Keep in mind that a single H-spike alters the Spirit Web of that person in a profound way, they don't remain fully human. Possibly 'hot-swapping' those spikes might have serious complication for the person and their Spirit Web, dependent on where the spike is placed.
  15. Another reason he didn't use it is because he had no way to anticipate what Vin's power level was. He assumed that he was a god and nothing could challenge him (in the physical realm).
  16. Mine would probably be "Defend me when I cannot." Just for the sake of if I'm using a sword I'd want to be skilled at it, but if I ever become incapacitated or unable to protect myself I'd want my sword to do that. Still I'd want a sword with the command "Destroy evil"
  17. Aluminum itself is Investure-ly inert. Aluminum defies all Investure whether: (possible OB spoiler)
  18. We must stop the horde.
  19. So...technically it would work, but it would end up shifting a great many things that the Allomancer passed by (that was in the bubble at least)?
  20. Would it be more of an Identity question or a Connection issue? Why wouldn't you need to use Investure at all, and only Identity? Would it also mean that someone/something entering the bubble would have consequences or would it be like exiting a bubble?
  21. True. Also keep in mind the fact that the hammer, depending on the user, could change in size. This could be good in certain situations if you are in a tight area, and even though the Shardblade can cut through anything, swinging a six-foot weapon in a 4-foot wide area would be quite awkward. Edit: Though the Blade can be more versatile, the hammer is singularly built for bashing.
  22. We have only seen through one Savant's perspective and thats of Spook's Tin Savantism. His eyesight, hearing, feeling, have all been enhanced and it is the ultimate level of being a Tineye. We don't know what a bendalloy savant could do, but we do know that they can alter the size of their bubble. So could a bendalloy savant be able to expand and contract the size of their bubble to move with them, giving them possible F Steel powers?
  23. 64% Skybreaker 53% Bondsmith 39% Windrunner 34% Stoneward 16% Elsecaller 9% Truthwatcher 0% for everything else. I don't know how to feel about this given the examples we are given for my two most alike Bondsmith(Dalinar) and Skybreaker(Nale) Edit: Wait, Bondsmiths bring people together and Skybreakers uphold the law. Does that mean I would bring people together using law? I'm now more confused.
  24. When a Radiant is bonded to their spren the weapon is more situational. In WoR Kaladin oft times switches weapons between his battle with Szeth to adjust for the scenario. As for the hammers, it would be pointless against a Thunderclast, but a hammer would cause crippling damage to anyone who was hit. The usage of a hammer itself isn't terrible, but it might be for the feel, because Kaladin uses a spear, because he was accustomed to that weapon.
