  1. Radiants can change there blade to anything, so why are there only dead swords? why didn't some of the spren die as bows, or sheilds, or spears or shovels or whatever the knights were using?
  2. The best answers I can think of. 1. Their radiants died before the recurrence. 2. They were strong enough to withstand it. 3. The bondsmiths didn't break their oaths like the skybreakers.
  3. Personally I think, Renarian will die, probably saving Adolin. I think Szeth could also be on the chopping block, but I don't want nightblood with someone else. Some more of bridge 4 will die, undoubtedly. hopefully not lopen, I can see him being one of the few survives. A lot of people said Kalidin would go down protecting a lot of people, and I can see that, but what I would want to see more is Teft saving kalidin and a bunch of people while sacrificing himself. I also think Shallan will either get betrayed by the ghost bloods and killed by them, or will betray the ghost bloods and get all of them killed.
  4. But she had her shard blade a long time before she said any of those, which would make her a 3rd ideal knight before any of that happened.
  5. So far we have seen Shallan tell 2 truths, or 2 ideals for light weavers. But she already had her shard blade, which, correct me if I'm wrong, means she has already sworn 3 ideals/told 3 truths. So that would mean she's 5th ideal? which seems weird to have a full radiant in book 3. But I can't think of any other explanations other then maybe lightweavers get their blade before other orders, but why would they? lightweavers don't really seem like the fighters. I would guess stonewards would get their blades early if any of them do. maybe bondsmiths because dalinar did summon the storm father as a blade before he swore the 3rd ideal. If this is true it confirms the whole Radiant wearing shardplate in the last battle (can't think of the name) at the end of oathbringer.
  6. Dalinar didn’t want sadeas dead, but Adolin did. Time and time again you hear his inner thoughts talking about how he wanted sadeas dead.
  7. Personally I still think wisdom is a shard form hoids conversation with shallan.
  8. Looking back I don’t know how I missed it but I almost dropped the book with shock.
  9. My beef. Basically all of words of radiance. The beginning was great. Except for kalidin. Like come on man, bridge 4 is safe you got great jobs but you can’t cheer up to save your life. Then there’s the whole losing syl part. I LOATHE this part. I can’t stand it. I know that it’s important for his character development and I like how it resolved but I can’t stand to read it. The only reason I read wor is because of the big fight at the end. That part is legit. More beef. The fact that szeth just gets to walk around with no problems. Um, WHAT??!?? He literally slaughtered hundreds of people but everyone’s like, ya ok whatever. Also the fact the Adolins so torn up about killing sadeas. He was planning on killing him in a duel. Come on!
  10. I’m a little surprised no ones said szeth. I thought he was mentally disturbed with all that ‘honor’ stuff and doing whatever his master said even if it meant killing people. But on oathbringer I really started to like him more. Also Elend. When you first see him he’s all like “ look at me I’m a rebel and I’m different” and I couldn’t stand it. But after that he becomes a totally bad A mistborn.
  11. I don't literally mean lyn, just people who joined after.
  12. What about some of the people that joined after the bridge runs? people like lyn(I think that's her name) who join after.
  13. Oh I forgot Chimeras. Oops. Well then I think Ruin's number is 4.
  14. Wait there's a year gap between books 3 and 4? That's so dumb. So much stuff is going to happen off screen . Well anyway I think rock is going to become king, maybe have a some problems but get over them pretty quick, then get the horneaters to join Dalinar's coalition. 1 almost country down, like 24 to go.
  15. I've been thinking about this for a while, and I think it could be pretty plausible. I personally think that if this is legit then Preservation is 16. I also think that Ruin is 3 because they only have 3 forms of hemagurly, granted it does say somewhere that there could be more but then I'll just say he's whatever number there is of forms there is. but for now i'm sticking with 3. I also think Autonomy is either 2, or something bigger then 2. I think 2 because there's 2 sides of the planet with the sand ( I can't think of the name) and a larger number because Autonomy has multiple holders so maybe the number is the number if holders. I have one more. I think Endowment is 15, because it says somewhere that there can only be 15 returned at a time. I think. I haven't read warbreaker for a long time so I'm not as confident on this one. Well maybe the shards came to those planets because that was their number. Like Honor went to Roshar because it had a number of 10 and he was the 10th to pick up a shard.
  16. I’m not going to lie, this is definitely my new favorite book. I would go into it more but every opinion I have has already been expressed Also I’ve reread this book 4 times since December. I’m not crazy I promise
  17. I’m pretty sure he didn’t start getting called stormblessed until after he survived being hung out in the high storm.
  18. I think a Game of Thrones style TV show would be awesome, Imagine SA like that. It would take a lot of episodes but still I would love to see something like that.
  19. I noticed that Lift thinks of Nightblood as a girl while everyone else thinks of it as a boy.
  20. By she specifically says that nobody remembers even though it seemingly lasted for a while.
