“Thank you,” Redatrick said. He looked in the mirror again and took in the image. “I agree with what you said. With them against me, I’m completely alone.” Redatrick saw the brief dark look on Mike’s face, but chose to ignore it for now. “You have family?” He asked.

The smiling man faltered, then looked to his partners. “He already left?” He whispered to the man with the weapon. “Sounds like Red,” came the response, accompanied by a sigh. “No one should be able to heal that fast. He’s no Bloodmaker.” “Some of the worldjumpers we hunted could heal like that,” the smiling man said. “Who’s to say now that he’s betrayed us and joined the bad guys he doesn’t have the same magics?” “We’d just have to assume he does,” the well dressed man whispered. “And I believe they call themselves Worldhoppers, Jarret.” “Oh, shut up, Mickey.” They finished their whispers again and turned to the man, real concern showing on their face. “We’d really like that,” the well dressed man, Mickey, said. “Where did he go?”

Looking up from his cloak, Redatrick saw Mike turned away. He dropped the conversation about the Immortals, maybe they could talk about it later. He found a pair of glasses in a box, and slipped them on. Looking in a mirror, he found himself looking almost... scholarly? He smiled for the first time he was here. He looked like one of those doctors he’d see in the Roughs. Don’t smile. Doctors are weak, and you aren’t weak. He stopped smiling, and went to answer Mike’s question. “My old friends,” he said. “We’re like brothers to each other, but they weren’t happy with me leaving. And now that they’re after me, I’m rust-scared of all of them, each in their own special way.”
-
“So, do you know what room he might be in?” The smiling man asked, fiddling around with a coin in his hands.

Redatrick nodded, taking the clothes. All of the cloths around him were so foreign, but occasionally he’d see something that a Worldhopper had worn when Redatrick had killed them. It felt bad to leave his clothes, but it was necessary. Going to a place where he couldn’t be seen, he changed into the clothes, which were a bit loose. But weren’t robes supposed to be like that? Pants certainly weren’t. He left his cowboy hat on top of his ruined pile of clothes and threw out the chicken and replaced it with a bowler hat with a feather in it. He was terrible at disguises. He left his Phoenix chain where it was through, around his neck. That was one thing he was never giving up. “No need to pretend now,” he said. “I think we’re alone. Anyway, is this better?”

After some more whispers among them (“Compensation?” “Nah. Do you think they have his name?” “Prolly’ not.”) the trio turned back to the old man. “Though a compensation sounds nice and we are curious as to what you have to offer, we really want to meet our friend. He must have admitted here at least a day or two ago, and... he’d have a silver necklace on with some sort of fire bird on it. That’s notable enough, right?”

Redatrick took another step back, then sighed. Faceless Immortals. “I don’t worship Harmony,” he said. They were alone. “But I still appreciate the work you do for Scadrial.” He looked at the clothes. Some were crazy, in styles he had never seen. He saw dresses with one had covered, he saw vibrant colours and belts with weird symbols on them. So many different styles. He eventually settled on a red and blue cloak that draped over his normal clothes and looked somewhat ancient Terris? It made him look fatter. Good. Better to be underestimated. He kept his shoes the same and found a big hat that looked like a chicken and put it over his head over his cowboy hat, which he covered. He had no experience with make up, an Redatrick wasn’t keen on trying it out. “Do I look different?” He asked.
-
The trio paused, then whispered to each other. Finally they turned to the receptionist again. “He had a cowboy hat,” the finely dressed man said. “Carrying a shotgun and maybe a knife. Other than that, I’m unsure.” They went silent again, and suddenly the smiling man clicked with his fingers, an idea coming to his head. “He would have had a... thing stuck in his leg. A sharp -” “A wooden weapon-edged crossbow bolt with a sleek tip and a low file cut,” the man with the sheathed weapon interrupted. They all had a Roughs accent, though his was thickest. “He would have had it stuck in his thigh.”

Redatrick followed Mike and entered the storage room, looking around for something to mask his appearance. “What disguises do you have here?” He asked.

A day and a half later, some people were walking to the front entrance of the hospital. Three of them decided to stay outside, and three entered. On the left was a man with something large and leather-sheathed resting on his back. Maybe a sword. In the middle was a man who was looking over the hospital and smiling. And in the middle was a man in better quality clothes than the others, almost like a country suit. He wore a black and gold cowboy hat. As they approached the front desk, the smiling man moved to talk but the man with the clothes cut him off. “Hello,” he said. “We’re looking for a friend of ours who was here recently. Heavily injured?”

Redatrick didn’t have much money on him now. And what he did have he didn’t even know whether it would work here. “The storage room would be good,” he said.

“Thanks,” Redatrick said, taking the beer. He’d need to be alert. What if it was poisoned? But, one beer couldn’t hurt, right? “Do you know any places where I could find a disguise?” He asked.
-
“You think threatening people is fun? Try torturi-” he shut himself up. No need to give unnecessary details.
-
Redatrick wanted to smile, but wasn’t feeling up to it. “Don’t worry,” he said. “If I betray you, then I’ll have two gangs after me. Maybe you too can kill each other for me.” He looked to Galavian. “That’s no one’s business but my own and the men who want to kill me.”
-
“Hello,” Redatrick said, looking around. “I’m Redatrick. Shorten that to whatever you want. If I’m being hunted by some people who want me worse than dead, does this place have the potential to protect me?”

I think it’s been confirmed some Horneaters are closer to the Cognitive Realm than normal people, which allows all of this to happen.

Now do it for ferrings and feruchemists. -
Redatrick nodded. “Thanks for bringing me here,” he said, rolling up his sleeves. He’d gotten the rest of his clothes back, though lots of it was bloodstained and riddled with holes. He’d need to get that fixed. He looked around the warehouse. He was reminded of his own organisation. An organisation of bandits. The Worldhunters. Did every planet have its own secret gangs? Checking to see if his shotgun was there he turned to the person he’d heard be called Bella. His eyes widened as flame was emitted from her. “You didn’t tell me she was into theatre,” he said to Mike as he walked towards Bella. “I wonder how she concealed those pyrotechnics.” He approached her. “You’re in charge of this place?” He asked. Another really odd thing he noticed was the accents. The people talking here and accents he couldn’t even place. He was more used to his own Roughs accent. “Your friend Mike recruited me,” he gestured to Mike. @Ark1002

Mid-Range Game 33: Danger in the Terris Peaks
I think I am here. replied to Young Bard's topic in Sanderson Elimination
I’ve been in a game before where people pretending to be inactive have gotten themselves in an advantageous position, and if Walin really is an eliminator, I wouldn’t forgive myself for being fooled by the inactive strategy Walin- 185 replies

Redatrick nodded. At least, even if his ex-gang tracked him, hopefully this gang could protect him. He knew that if they were hunting him down they wouldn’t hesitate to kill a few more people along the way. “Alright,” He said. “Let’s go, then.”

Hi. So, this is an RP that takes place in the Avatar world. By that, I mean the animated TV shows, not the James Gunn movie (though I admit that was amazing). This will take place in a PM. You can put character profiles here or in the PM. If enough people who want to join, I’ll make the PM, and try my best to come up with a plot for us to follow. If you don’t want to RP but are happy to help out with making plots, we can have a separate PM for that. This is basically to gauge whether people are interested in an RP of this type. Time can be either LoK or ATLA, not sure which right now, so you guys can say which one you’d prefer. Though LoK gives more options on benders and gives the option of airbenders. Ok! So if you’re interested, sign up below! Original idea started here:
