  1. Riathor frowned. Shadowbirds? What- Shadows flitted towards them. Obviously not a good sign. He flared Pewter.
  2. So Nobody began a campaign of peacefully determined protests. Edit: Ninja'd
  3. Still LotR. Ghost army, remember?
  4. Much Darker bartered for a tongue with the True Defecation.
  5. Oh, look at that. I win.
  6. But luckily, the creator didn't have a tongue. So there.
  7. Darn. shoulda seen this before I changed my name for the last time in this 30 day period. But yeah. Share the link @Ookla the Ookla
  8. The creator was very protective of his title, so whenever a business actually tried to make a movie for it, he would eat them.
  9. Ioc was hit by the surge of pressure and immediately teleported. It reappeared to the side of Solace, growling. The ground cracked, and Ioc felt a... draining. Darn, Ioc thought, unintentionally sending its thoughts through the mind link. Then, hundreds of shards of earth and a couple boulders shot towards Ioc. It tapped Mental Speed, then coaxed it's Amberite to creating huge arm shields. Ioc used these to bat away the shards, then teleported out of the way of the boulder. Darn. Ioc hadn't even laid a hit yet. Ioc was powerful, but Solace was... Ioc reached for investiture reserves and found them almost empty. Darn! Darn... maybe? Was Solace powerful enough to... perhaps... upgrade Ioc a notch further? Surely not. Ioc tapped a foot to the ground and Adhesed it's stump-leg to a large chunk of earth, then teleported away, leaving behind a crater-like hole where Ioc pulled the ground with it into the Cognitive Realm. Ioc's plan, which was being unwittingly broadcast to Solace, was to reappear in the Physical Realm in the right position to place the hunk of earth inside Solace's body. @Mraize
  10. Ioc shrugged at Solace. Well, I am a little intrigued by his question, Ioc thought through the mind link thing. "It's a fair question," Ioc said. "I am aware that I am completely crazy. However, this acknowledgment makes certain that I am not, in fact, insane. so the answer to your question is both yes and no," Ioc nodded; that was that. Then, it narrowed its eyes at Solace, connecting some dots. Solace had first probed Ioc's mind, then created a link between their brains. Solace had brought down an entire orbital station and crumpled it into a little ball. The fight hadn't even begun yet. Was this the chance Ioc had been waiting for? Ioc closed its eyes for a brief second, searching within itself for the option, the locked cabinet in its mind. The cabinet was unlocked and opened a crack. Ioc opened it's mind and smiled. Then, in a puff of beige, Ioc transformed. its skin turned a hard, carapace-like substance, colored beige. It's fingers folded into its hand, then it's wrist folded into its forearm. It's foot bent upwards into its shin. It's arms and legs flattened off, creating club-like limbs. These were not sufficient to support itself, so Ioc hovered an inch in the air. It's eye sockets popped out and it's nose scrunched in, to create a single smooth surface for a face. Spikes began growing along it's back and arms and Ioc began to grow, lengthening its own body to create an eight-foot-tall giant, with arms that went down to its knees. This was Ioc's second form; it's second most powerful. Ioc could only enter it when facing an incredibly powerful opponent. And the fight hadn't even started yet. Ioc snarled, then tapped a stump-like foot into the ground, sending out a burst of Stormlight. The entire ground, a quarter mile in every direction, lost every bit of friction. Ioc grew an ax out of Amberite carapace from its arm and floated towards Solace. @Mraize
  11. IT and Ronald McDonald teamed up as clown buddies to attack the kids.
  12. "Nooooo!" IT screamed. "I'm supposed to be scary, not funny! Also, stop laughing!"
  13. Huh. Now that you mention it, that would be an excellent way to win... You know, like I just did.
  14. Then, all the kids were confused as to why they were eating a clown.
  15. Or... confuse oldcomers?
  16. Ioc felt the foreign presence in his mind. It could sense the probe easily. Other men had bodies to worry about. Ioc had dwelt as a mind for centuries before having a body. Ioc shrugged, then focused on one object, as was the common defense against probes. Think unwaiveringly about one thing, and the probe wouldn't go far. The image Ioc chose was of a checkered tabletop supporting a fallen carton of milk, with white, thick liquid seeping out and dripping over the sides. Ioc used this image to shield its entire consciousness. Most men, in order for the defense to work, couldn't think about anything else. Ioc was a mind stronger than theirs. Perhaps stronger than Solace's. Ioc felt at the probe, examining it, and, depending on the strength, piercing it and invading Solace's mind. Then, Ioc waivered as the newcomer condensed into being. Ioc let out a defiant yell, then teleported again, appearing onto a small rise in the landscape nearby. "Aha! I've finally got you," the newcomer said to Ioc. "Now, I have a question for you," Ioc grunted, turning to face Solace. "Ask away, just don't distract me. If you touch me, I'll eat you," @Mraize @Dr. Jacques Rodriguez
  17. Ioc looked up and smiled. So, Solace really was coming, wasn't he? And... it seemed he had brought a... giant ball of crumpled tin foil? Well, Ioc didn't really know how heavy tin foil was, but it was betting that a ball that big would be at least a couple of tons. Uh, oh. It seemed to have no other options but to stand here and get squirshed. Ioc would now die, completely and utt- Wait. No. Ioc teleported out of the way, reappearing on the opposite side of Solace as he touched down to the surface. the gigantic tin foil ball crashed to the ground as well, shaking up dust clouds. "You know," Ioc said, "I'd have thought you'd be a bit... well, no offense, but I'd have thought you'd be smarter," The 'no offense' part would hopefully tease out any grudge Solace would have against it. Ioc didn't attack, though. It just waited.
  18. I'm not sure why we have fourth wall breaking in general.
  19. Because the most happy feast was when the Grinch decided to carve the roast beast.
