I understand you are facing a choice between two groups, though not much of one seeing what the man at the depot did," (with this, Stravomenos's eyes turned a pale red and angularly globular in nervousness), "and I want to help you do what you need to." @ZincAboutIt

    No biggie, it happens to all of us! She is, technically, the most knowledgeable person in the cosmere about the various magics (ahead of even Hoid) and knows all 16 Intents.

    That's just Lift. That's one of her Nightwatcher things, metabolizing digestive material and stored bodily energy deposits into Stormlight. Doesn't mean she couldn't be theoretically overcharged, though. Take some extra doing, sure, but I think they could figure out a way.

    Bet Voidus's response is going to be something similar to Waxilium's monologue on laws and personal freedom.

    To be fair, Elantrians are very powerful, with their whole "programming language of reality" thing. Their main limitation is the number of Aons and modifiers that they can memorize, along with the distance thing from Elantris. They can also get crippled in the hands, which is a major drawback.

    I actually wouldn't much like her being healed, but rather her coming to accept that she's not as limited as she thinks she is. Feels like a better arc to me, honestly. But that's off topic for this thread.

    The guy was making "This is what my arm is doing" jokes like he could still control it, for stom's sake. He hadn't accepted that it was gone by any stretch of the imagination.

    He's trying to collect Investiture of all kinds, not just powerful ones, just all of them. That's just what he does in his quest to collect/access all the Investiture systems. He goes places, does things, guided by Fortune. He's the second-oldest being in the cosmere. He's older than the Shards, saw the Shattering, was friends with several of them (Tanavast bought him a drink or two once). Hoid was even offered a Shard, but declined. In short, he didn't do it, but he was aware it was going to happen and couldn't/didn't stop it.
