  1. Malu stood and clapped Nekorb on the shoulder. "I'll do my best to come back. But if I don't...I'm sorry." He strode off, out of the firelight. And what he found there... An hour and a half later, Malu had circled back around to the campfire for a quick pit stop. "There's another tunnel back there. It goes somewhere. I don't know where, I don't even know how deep it goes or to where, but it does indeed go somewhere. That's our way out. You can take it whenever you want, but I have more to explore down here. There's some truly fascinating things to find." Having said his bit, he jogged back off into the unseen.
  2. Yeah, like Traveller said, Rlain is a common one. I'm all for him, to be honest. Let's let that poor dude get some metaphysical bread.
  3. You succeed, shoving the sword through Luna's chest with a squelching noise, obliterating her heart.
  4. That's possible. My theory probably would have been that it was perceived to be impossible, and that made it so.
  5. Nahel bonds with singers weren't possible. Something changed. Now they are, judging from Venli. That's as much as I know.
  6. You emerge into the shadow of the mountain, confronted by a seemingly endless expanse of yellow sand, occasionally broken up with a brown scrubby bush. It is extremely hot.
  7. You spring backwards, making it to the barest reaches of where the sword would be able to get you at. Landing jars your leg a little, though, causing more blood to flow.
  8. In your bag you find a small knife (2 inch blade), not properly weighted for throwing, a whetstone, a small water bottle (empty [sorry]), and a small length of rope (2 ft.). It's...a mountain. I don't know what you're expecting here. It's a steep mountain, the top capped in snow, and it looks like it would terrible to try to climb it.
  9. It shows the mountain behind you, but ahead there is only yellow.
  10. It seems like it might be useful to make a fire. Beyond that, it is too dry to be of any good use. The temperature continues to increase.
  11. You run out of the western tunnel and are confronted with an expanse of sand stretching beyond the horizon. Already you can feel the heat, and it only seems to be increasing. There are some sparse bushes, but nothing larger that you can see. In the distance there is a glimmer, and you cannot tell what it is.
  12. You manage to slice down the outside of her leg in a shallow cut. (Unless this gets treated, Luna, it'll get worse the more you press it, but for now the biggest issue is that the blood is a distracting sensation.)
