That's probably in the hands of Peter's wife if it's anywhere.

Do you want adolin to become radiant?
Invocation replied to The Skybreakers's topic in Stormlight Archive
That only holds up until they figure out gunpowder or fabrial guns. At that point the advantage of Plate is on track to be nearly null anyway, bringing Radiants and Shardbearers alike down to manageable levels. -
At least, nothing new. DMG still holds the option, so they have first dibs on it. I'm on your side of the argument, honestly. I emailed DMG themselves about it, and they said they'd take it into consideration, which bodes well.

I want him to be Radiant-adjacent, with a unique situation. We need more cool stuff stuff happening with unique spren bonds. -
Shenanigans. Hoid shenanigans. Hoidnanigans.

You'd think she would, yes, but Shallan isn't the most reliable narrator, nor is she always the most observant when flickering in and out of personalities like that. She loses track of time and the world around here, so it'd be no small stretch to say that she would have brushed right past a half-shadowed mural with gloryspren on it. I'm not completely beholden to the lesser spren theory either (I'm more in the camp of "we need more information still), but it makes sense aside from that theory why gloryspren would be used a symbol of the Bondsmiths: they were leaders. If you're going to be led by someone, especially if you had powers, you'd want them to be the best of you all, yeah? The pride and glory of the Orders would be the Bondsmiths.

I'm talking specifically about the 10th Mural with the lesser spren thing.

I'm talking about the tenth. A way to give homage to the Bondsmiths without depicting any of the more secretive larger spren that would be easily perceived as a weakness of the Radiants.

Jumbled my last one. Here's what I meant: a mural with the lesser spren of the Bondsmiths on it.

The entire tower is easily defensible. There's about two ways in (the Oathgates and the caverns), and positioning the column down towards those caverns would likely produce a larger threat to its security than putting it up high. Not to mention that the Stonewards can literally reshape rock, so if they want it to be secure, all they have to do is lock it down with some assistance from them and you're good anyway.

Think about how Urithiru is set up. The Sibling runs through all of it, keeping it together, but isn't a primary focus. The gemstone column was hidden in the bowels of the tower, after all, three shades of out of the way. With that being the case in the physical tower, it would probably color their thoughts enough to affect their art.

That's assuming the Sibling was included in such a way as to draw attention in the first place, which I may just doubt because the Sibling seems like the kind of spren you'd depict in the background of things anyway.

That, or they lined up with the Herald art for their respective Orders. Or they had the glyphs, which she'd probably recognize.

They may have been trying to depict Cultivation, not the Nightwatcher herself, which would mean the other figure is likely supposed to be Honor.

Hey! Welcome to the Shard! I'm gonna guess the answer to this is Truthwatcher based on your pfp, but if you could be a member of any Radiant Order, which one would you choose?
-
I'll second the swimming thing.
-
I tend to think that the Sibling is an Honor/Cultivation mix, more in balance where the Stormfather and Nightwatcher are almost entirely aligned with one Shard. That being said, not an clue yet!

Just making sure! Less sinister, though, and more feels like a physical thing than the all-encompassing Ruin that Ati's Shard was.

Decay got cannibalized into Scadrial's Ruin (if it wasn't clear), so there's that.

I'd like to think that he'd be able to manifest Bondsmith armor, since he manages to manifest the same geometric pattern that seemed to increase his strength that Jasnah did, but I'm not even confident that Plate will manifest the same way without Honor's influence being there.
-
Tension is the other Bondsmith Surge, and it's unclear if he will actually get armor due to wonky Bondsmith stuff and unclear mechanics of Plate creation.
