Nightblood is currently attempting to figure out how gender works. Vasher just kind of figured calling it "he" was easier than calling it "it," and Nightblood, a contextually lacking hunk of metal, does not have a good reference point for why.

1. Shapeshifting (Class A for full intelligence keeping) and cryokinesis. 2. Being trapped 3. Freedman 4. Pranks

Mistborn later Eras (that may or may not actually happen) may have some interaction with Yolen.
-
We don't know. There's also that potential.
-
It's too easy, yeah? There's always another secret.
-
But would they be able to do it for that long? Or is that where Hoid disappears to, like he was letting his original form recuperate?
-
That assumes one very important thing that I don't know is confirmed one way or the other yet. It assumes that Sanderson's dragons will be able to change their shape from, well, draconic to humanoid.(hehehe human-hoid)

i cant tell if this is actually posting or not so ill do it again!

"I am His Preservation and you are His Ruin." TenSoon says something along those lines talking to Wax in Bands of Mourning. Who was Harmony's Ruin before Wax? There had to have been someone, for sheer balance. I personally think it's Kelsier. This might be a clue, disguised. The other major possibility is that it was Paalm, but I didn't think to save the WOB that suggested that initially. My bad.

Am I understanding correctly that this Ettmetal from Era 2 is essentially Harmonium? Also as a sidenote, is it possible that it is simply an unrefined version, which is why it provides energy in an extreme level and explodes? Since Harmony himself has somewhat stabilized (i think that's correct) over time, would it be possible for Ettmetal to do the same?
-
Vetitan was one of them, but Ruin tried it multiple times by what is said from Marsh's perspective during the Penrod spiking. More than likely some of those weren't shown in depth or were foiled before it became of relevance.

Do shattered Shards still have their godmetals around if there was some pre-shattering? If so, would not one of the most likely combinations be Autonomy/Dominion? Based on the way those spikes remove such levels of humanity and twist creatures so far with fewer spikes than should be possible, granting them Autonomy from the conscious mind while Dominating the remnants of their higher selves until they twist into monsters. If the destroyed ones don't have their godmetals anymore, then personally I think Odium/Autonomy is the most likely. Odium being God's Hatred plus Autonomy's potential freedom from Harmony and the host's inhibitions would potentially lead to this kind of thing. It's shown that a fair amount of the "corrupted" Trellian things have strong negative feelings towards various things, most of which could stem from hatred or could cause hatred. See the spoiler separator for examples, as I'm not sure what counts as a spoiler anymore regarding Era 2 and its things. It's also been shown within characters in the cosmere how hatred can warp you, even without any connection to Odium. Kaladin with Amaram, Kelsier and Marsh with each other while competing for Mare, Kelsier and the Lord Ruler post-Hathsin; that kind of thing. Could be a hint as to what Raysium does. Of course I'm probably completely wrong but thought I'd throw it out there.

Because aluminum does what it does and is mostly just unknown on Roshar, beyond rumors and old legends, Soulcasting aluminum probably wouldn't be as common as the other Soulcasting methods. Partially because it doesn't have a good use as much on Roshar that anyone except for Hoid knows conclusively and to Soulcast it would probably need a ton of Stormlight due to it cancelling the Investiture every time you get a small amount cast successfully. (If it does that, we don't know completely.)
-
Imagined at some points, but a good portion of the time it's Ruin doing his thing.
-
The Investiture might not be weakened on a micro level, but we don't know if that holds true to the macro levels of the Shards as well. It could also be that outside the area is stuff that the Shards and Adonalsium don't/didn't care about, yes?
-
When Elend burned Atium + Duralumin at the end of Hero of Ages, was that accessing the Spiritual Realm/Fortune for a bit? On a side note, why did it do what it did? Why that of all things? "Sight, Sound, Strength, Power, Glory, Speed!" Why? Also what would happen if 1) someone who was already Mistborn burned Lerasium 2) did the same thing but with Lerasium + Duralumin?
-
Could it be perhaps for power purposes? Kind of like how on Sel the investiture has gotten to the point where the land is inundated and shapes how it is used, Adonalsium spending a lot of time around this area of the galaxy could have done the same and maybe the Shards would be less powerful should they go beyond it?
-
Probably because it's a sink for Investiture, it would take an extreme amount of Stormlight.
-
Was it just a concentrated blade of mist/lerasium or something like a normal blade, or like Preservation's will itself?

I don't think Rayse was supposed to be at the Shattering
Invocation replied to Invocation's topic in Cosmere Discussion
Rayse and Hoid snuck in to watch the Shattering maybe? Rayse just was really passionate or something and went too close and screwed up the procedure, while Hoid was actually sensible and hung back? Or perhaps Hoid and Rayse were both trying to become Shards and for some reason one of the others became unable to do something, and the group tried to go through with it anyway, despite the pattern of 16 thing (if that existed at that point and wasn't just a by-product of the Shattering) and the remaining 1/16th latched onto Rayse as a conduit. -
This makes it sound like perhaps Rayse wasn't supposed to be in a position to absorb a Shard. Maybe he had a grudge against the rest of the Shatterers and snuck his way in, emotions running high enough to alter a certain amount of Intent, making Odium a new Shard and bonding with that newly formed Shard. Thoughts?

Do we know what the cosmere was like when Adonalsium was in charge?
Invocation replied to Invocation's question in Cosmere Q&A
I haven't been able to find anything as such (mostly because I'm bad at finding things and have negative ability to focus). I didn't know about the excerpts, though, so I'll go check for those right now. Thanks! -
Do we know what the cosmere was like when Adonalsium was in charge?
Invocation posted a question in Cosmere Q&A
Do we know what the cosmere was like when Adonalsium was in charge, or is that not yet forthcoming (and might be in Dragonsteel)? I had a new idea for why Adonalsium might have been shattered and need to know. -
I know this was probably asked a long time ago, but I can't find it (probably because I'm bad at looking for things). What arbitrarily caused The Big Dude to split into those particular categories? If he/she/it was God, wouldn't there be a lot more options?

Can anyone move a planet if they have ascended and are on that planet?
Invocation posted a question in Cosmere Q&A
Rashek, Vin, and Sazed were all able to manipulate Scadrial's placement, geography, and life when they Ascended. Is everyone who Ascends able to do something similar with the planet they Ascend on, or was that just because Scadrial was entirely composed of Preservation and Ruin's power?
