    Well, this is the Land of Dreams, right? It's a sort of afterlife already, although Ene would have been only visiting. Generally speaking, you're not supposed to be able to die die, (although you can get trapped if you perish). The fact that Salad thought there was a possibility that you would means that she has a weapon/ability capable of killing Ene anyways.
