  1. Butt ignored this cutting remark and set off to take the cake to his grandma.
  2. But it made the sugar just a little superior.
  3. "Um," continued James. "You were telling me about your past and stuff. You... don't remember any of that, do you?" "Well, I'm sure we can come to an arrangement," replied Psyder. "But we do have to finish this fight, first."
  4. Jared hesitated, looking into the mist, then sighed. "Fine. We'll sleep here."'
  5. Jared scowled. "Of course it is. I'm sure."
  6. Jared bristled. "She's not hiding from me. Her memory was wiped, and she doesn't remember me anymore. That's all."
  7. Who was peaceful towards the dairy products.
  8. "Um," said James. "I'm James. I uh, met you earlier. Before you lost your memory."
  9. Defending the rights of dairy products in a harsh world.
  10. On the plus side, the cheese was now super-cheese.
  11. "We call it the North," said Rotcennoc, still distracted.
  12. "A far off place," replied Rotcennoc absentmindedly. "You probably haven't heard of it." What was in these cells? For some reason, it seemed... difficult... to discern.
  13. Rotcennoc took in his surroundings. He sat an underground facility less than a mile below the surface. A foot of concrete stood between him and yards and yards of stone. The only close by area was the hallway leading from a door located directly behind him, stretching on for about 20 yards with several blast-door-esque portals. The hallway connected to a larger maze of corridors and cells forming a giant underground complex. "Is that what this language is called?" he responded, his mind still mostly elsewhere.
  14. "For instance, to make blades like that one," replied Psyder, gesturing to the mordite blade he had given her earlier. "They are one of the most effective and surefire ways of dealing with creatures such as these. Hence, why it is so critical that we obtain some from this encounter."
  15. "No," replied Jared. "Sister."
  16. James gasped in surprise as he watched Vapor vanish. "Hmm," said his shadow. "Interesting." "Where did she go?" said James, feeling oddly worried. "To her own world. Her mindscape, as they would call it." The shadow glided forward. "We shall follow her." "Wait-" James began, wondering if such a thing would be tantamount to invading her mind. But his protest made no difference. A moment after Vapor's appearance, James popped into the room behind her. @Vapor "Power," replied Psyder, glancing towards Herate to make sure she was listening. "Dyrlings contain innately the power to shape reality. When killed, that power can be extracted and utilized."
