Several problems with this

1. Russia does not have the strength to launch an invasion of the US, there isn't a country in the world strong enough to do that.
2. Brittan lacks the naval power to have any meaningful presence any semi reasonable distance from their own shores.
3. If the US helps Ukraine the war ends, Rusia doesn't have the economic power needed to suistain a long war, The US can completly cut off all of it's trade routes, and its game over.

Here's the thing, y'all...

We don't need to fight folks with "boys and bullets" (as Tony Stark would put it). In WWII there were dogfights, trench battles, hand-to-hand combat in some cases... now we've got drones and missiles and freaking laser guns.

Let's be careful in how we talk about this, particularly in making jokes about what's happening.
