  1. I'm doing my best to avoid spoilers, too. I'm about 200 pages into my reread of Words of Radiance, so I have plenty to help distract me
  2. There is always CAFO (Connect And Find Out) All my computers / devices are named after different cheeses, so if you need a theme for naming yours then you could always go with "foods of the Cosmere"
  3. Looks like that article is from a year ago, so who knows what is in the works right now. I think Mistborn has a lot of potential, especially since Era 1 is finished and the writers know what little details are important to keep in. If they start with Stormlight, then I'll be worried about Branding getting writers block while working on book 6, and having the movies pass him by.
  4. I agree with Rebecca that these are cool! I guess Worldhoppers would be Planeswalkers, then?
  5. Thanks for the update, I just put in my pledge. I really want to listen to this, so I hope they reach the goal! Now I have to decide how badly I want that art book ...
  6. Thanks for the 2-player variant! I'll try it out next time I can only find one friend for board games I ended up playing last night with two friends who are also Cosmere fans. It took us a couple of turns to get the hang of gameplay, and we didn't do a lot of backstabbing so we were mostly limited by resources when trying to solve problems. I think the overall concept of bickering houses works as a standalone game, so House War should be approachable to people unfamiliar with Mistborn. I'm excited to play again now that I have a feel for how the game works!
  7. I wonder if the Nightwatcher could have had a hand in this. Maybe Vasher's boon was the ability to breath in Stormlight, but his curse was losing Nightblood?
  8. My copy arrived yesterday, so now I need to find people to play it with! I skimmed through the cards last night and they look really well done, although none of the personality cards stuck out to me as possibly being Hoid ...
  9. The only instance I can find without re-reading Way of Kings is from the end of chapter 30: Gaz is talking to Kaladin and he senses something moving in the darkness, which is why I assumed it was Syl. My guess is that losing his eye might have heightened his ability to sense things from the cognitive realm
  10. I always thought Gaz was somehow sensing Syl
