Devaan stared at the fly, and activated the Aons carved into his skin. He lightly tapped his atium card, waiting for an attack. "Good work with the illusion. Take this weapon for now" Devaan handed Syen Atius "Try not to die while holding it" Devaan drew Sethramir, there was a faint humming in his mind, then a soft male voice spoke So, sorry about Rashan. What he did was noble, I couldn't save him though "He unlocked you?" Devaan said, bewildered He did it before you. "Storms." Devaan put up a speed bubble, then inspected the illusion. "On my mark, dismiss it" He said to Syen "Hey you, Kandra. If you can fight I want you to get behind the illusion, Syen, step to the right of it, I'll take the front" Devaan told KoTiel "You all ready?"

Devaan watched in his canton as the wave of destruction razed the city. Leaving the worldpspike, the DA and that Canton left. The advanced aonic shielding hadn't come cheap, but it payed off the end. Devaan sat down next to a civilian couple, one of them was nursing a wound, claw marks raked across the man's chest, bloody and ragged. He looked around at the rest of the civilians, at least half of them were wounded. With a wave of his hand, he tried to call Syen over. Syen was gone. he heard a yell. "Syen. I want you back in the main hall, gather the wounded and cordon off a room as a makeshift infirmary, I'll deal with this" Syen backed away hurriedly, ducking around the corner. Good, no interruptions. Devaan heard a low buzz, and whipped around to the sound of the noise

Just a couple housekeeping details for the OP: The pre-made character heading is called Doros and Ark's author's note should probably be shown before both steel bloods, not in the middle of the two (so above Vita)

Silphio stared at the kids who had just teleported in. "Who are you two?" He asked skeptically, rubbing his spike in his forearm.

"Storm. the hemalurgic outbreak needs to be stopped. Would you be willing to make a peace agreement with he black crusade?" Devaan asked, placing a paper in front of Storm "Sign this and leave it at my canton" Devaan took off down the street and found Solace, surrounded by troops who's eye's glowed purple. "Solace. Rashan is down. There's been an outbreak and this strange thing known as the Chaos is here. We need to stop pissing off the DA when they have the ability to send in things like that" Devaan pointed at the phoenix who was currently lashing a building into the air. "The Crusade has agreed to withdraw if we focus our efforts on the common enemy. So please. I ask you to focus your power towards the Chaos and the hemalurgic monsters" A stranger attacked him with a steel knife that was picked up from the ground. It dug into his back, next to his left shoulder. Devaan spun, tapping speed so he could kick the stranger's heels. Drawing Sethramir, he stabbed the stranger in the chest. Killing it. "Things like that are roaming around the city, murdering innocents. We need the help of the ghostbloods. Abandon this hopeless assault, and instead to something noble. Please"

“I will allow you with me. For now” Devaan told titan ”Storm. This war has gone on long enough, if the black crusade gives up territory they have forcibly occupied, would you be open to a peace treaty? There are bigger threats than each other right now, the Chaos has invaded, and there has been an abomination outbreak” Devaan suppressed a wave of sadness ”Rashan wanted peace. I think we need to honor his request”

Devaan saw the hulking beast standing before him. He wanted peace? Devaan was hesitant, as every other DA abomination he has met has tried to murder him “how can we be sure this isn’t some trick?” Devaan asked Titan

"You're welcome to come too," Devaan said, walking through the rift, leading to outside the TUBA encampment. "Storm!" He shouted, pushing through the crowds "We need to talk!"

Devaan sat next to Kane and Drako. Two enemies. TUBA and the Black Crusade. sitting side by side. "All Rashan wanted..." He whispered to Kane and Drako "Was peace. He didn't want people to die. He didn't want the war to continue" "I will honor his wishes. He might not be able to see it. but there will be peace. A peace where everyone has a voice, that can be used to resolve conflicts without violence" "I will listen to those who have been ignored." Devaan said. He wished he had listened to Rashan before it was too late. As a result, a good man died. these words are accepted Devaan took off the fake foot. and let his spren become it. A shardfoot. "There will be peace." Devaan stood up shakily. Slowly walking to the gateway to the main alleycity. He saw a giant storm forming "Drako. Will you join me? as the leader of the black crusade. you can help broker a treaty here."

No one else seemed to reply, everyone aside from Kane kept fighting. He gave them a chance. Devaan took off his shoe and felt the steelmind that was this room, the huge wealth of speed that was the walls, floor and ceiling. He started supertapping, not even making a scratch in the amount of speed stored as he literally disappeared. Moving faster than can be tracked by the average eye. He ran to Mace first, the man who had punched the successor to his friend. He took him out of the room. He'll deal with him later. In an instant, he was in front of Bloodbath, staring at him. To another person it looked like Devaan just stared at Bloodbath, then he was flown across the room. But Devaan knew that he had punched bloodbath in the gut, sending him into the wall. He turned on the space marines. The blood angels stood to attention. They knew what was coming. He turned on the Astartes. "You." He said, punching one in the stomach, the armour crumpling "Dare" He said, kicking one in the kneecap. A snap could be heard in the leg. "Come into my canton" One was knocked unconscious, his eyes went wide, clutching his neck. "and start a fight" The final Astartes tried to run away, but he wasn't anywhere near fast enough to escape. Without trying, he ran up to the final one. everyone was covering their ears for some reason. Had he really broken the sound barrier in that one move? He slowed down a little, then decked the final Astartes, dropping him. He turned towards his blood angles. They nodded, under his leadership, they knew none were exempt from punishment. Each one of them took it without any sign of weakness. Good soldiers, they were, he had trained them well. Devaan stepped out of the room. "Mace. You hit a kid. I don't care if Rashan forgave you for what you did to Voidus. but that? you hitting a kid? then starting a fight in a place I told people was a place people could be safe? that was appalling. if you do anything like that again in my canton, I'll tear you apart" Devaan walked up to Max and Mara. "Here, tap this card, this will send you to my home, there are two others there that can take care of you, they are tough. I'll be there in a couple days." Devaan said, handing Mara the Tia card "I'm going to need the blade, however." He told them Max handed over sethramir, and Devaan stepped out of the canton, sitting on the stone walls. He thought of his friend, Rashan. He grieved.

Devaan read the note, a tear was running down his eye. Rashan was dead. dead. Devaan let out a sob, then saw one of the kids he was meant to take care of, had a black eye, and was sobbing. "Who did this" He said, his voice dangerously low "th-that man" Max said, pointing at Mace. Devaan stalked over to Mace. Step by step. He could see violence all around him. A man was trying to kill his blood angels. Space marines were bringing down Kane. Violence, in his canton. In the place he had established as a safe haven for all. Devaan calmy walked into the room, and shut the steel door. Good. the room was soundproofed now. Devaan walked to the centre of the room. Kane noticed him, and stared at him. "I'm going to ask you all once, and once only." He said in a soft voice. A calm voice. The voice of someone who was so aggrieved he didn't care what would happen to these people. "Stop. Now." He commanded, tapping connection so everyone noticed him.

Devaan was in his canton, pacing. Had the Phoenix killed Rashan? What was happening? He itched to get back into the fight, tear the spikes out of the Phoenix and tear it into pieces with Atius. But he couldn’t, he needed to stay alive for his friends plan to work. For the first time ever, Devaan borrowed a glyphward from one of the survivors, tapped heat, and began to pray.

“Rashan. My friend. Please, get out of this alive, send out one final message, tell the alleyverse that the canton is a safe location for any survivors” Devaan said ”If you’re going to die. Do it with Sethamir in your hand, and that Phoenix dead at your feet” Devaan grabbed Kane and Mace, and tapped the tia ring he had on, transporting them to the canton

No it's not, usually just edit the post to something like 'ignore this post' if you want it gone and people will usually understand
-
just going to point out that posting more than once in a row is considered bad form and (I think) against the rules. If you have more to say after posting on the same thread, please edit it in

Devaan noticed Rashan pocket a card, he ignored it. It was Nine of boots from what he could see, and that was keyed to Devaan's canton, he had a teleport ring that brought him to the same place, so he didn't mind if someone else took it. "I'll meet you at the top of the skyscraper" Devaan said, keeping an eye on Rashan as he climbed the building

"Oh yeah, I got a ton of those, take a look through my deck for cards with the book symbol on them, lots of those will be either zinc or brass." Devaan handed Rashan his deck of cards, something he very rarely did. "I can read out the speech, the aons in my body will help strengthen my-" An idea flickered in Devaan's head. Aons Devaan quickly fished through his shoes, he stored unsealed, but empty nicrocilminds there in secret compartments He quickly took several, and stored individual aonic effects that were trailing off his body as the Aons glowed faintly. "Use this, it will make you stronger in every way, including your voice, you can be much louder than usual with it, and can speak for much longer" Devaan tapped his connectionminds to the Dor a little stronger than usual, and the glow in his skin returned to it's usual level.

Devaan ran through his list of cards he kept in his head. He had silencing cards, which after an hour or two could be retooled, but that would take too much time. He had cards that could create sound, but those won't create specific sentences, just sirens and such "No, what's your plan? I still might be able to help" Devaan told Rashan

"Watch out!" Rashan shouted to Devaan, as for some reason, Rashan swerved to avoid an attack from something that wasn't there. Behind you He thought to himself, something going off in his mind Devaan saw a shadow, he'd been just barely tapping atium, enough so he could see a shadow right before it attacked, but not any more than that. He slid, coating his normal foot and right hand with stormlight and sliding down the street, dodging the attack and grabbing the attack's wrist with his free hand, not moving to where the stranger is, but where it was going to be. Devaan grabbed the attacker's wrist, and flung the stranger over his shoulder, redrawing the stormlight into his body and grabbing on to the stranger as it fell to the ground, Devaan took a single steel card out and plunged it in the stranger's chest. Once found, Devaan had to keep a steady eye on the attacker, or else he'd lose it and the stranger would simply fade away. After stabbing it several more times in strategic locations around the neck area, some in the head, some in the upper chest, the stranger stilled "Rashan. Burn chromium and grab this thing, you'd need to hold onto it for about ten seconds or so to get rid of it's spikes" Devaan told his friend. Devaan had no idea why he was attacked, but was lucky that he hadn't completly shut off his atium, or he might be dead now, that, and his honed instincts kept him alive in the fight.

Devaan stood in his canton, his small squad of Marines standing guard, every time a Daemon or a abomination passed the border to the canton, a marine would report it, and it's fate was sealed. He heard shouts, screams and sounds of flesh tearing. "HELP! MACE! I NEED HELP!" Rashan's voice. Calling for help? Devaan tapped speed from the doorway to the canton HQ and in an instant he was by Rashan's side, running along with him. "Need a hand?" Devaan grinned, gesturing to his now aluminium foot styled peg-leg
