Hellbent the Pheonix landed on the training ground roof. She dropped Astiel and watched him intently. "Oh storm this" Astiel got up The pheonix started screeching and snapping at Astiel "Fine! I'll stay down!" Astiel yelled, lying back down on the hardwood roof. The Pheonix chirped happily in response.

Silphio grinned and let out a sharp whistle, drawing a card, he elsecalled fluffy, his whitespine in from the cognitive realm, it leapt towards Tom while Dori-Dori Jumped on Fred and began to eat away at the spikes. Silphio drew his weapon. A shortsword with a hooked blade and an ettmetal core so when he used allomancy, the blade mimicked the affect. Silphio assumed a guard stance, blade crossing his chest, hooked point facing Sir Cobalt. @BitBitio

The battle had ended, Astiel looked at his father, Devaan. "You ready to die, old man?" Astiel snarled "Kid, I ain't dying any time soon. I'll give you a chance. Leave the panthers like I did, you'll end up a happier man" "Hell no. The Panthers are all I have. If I leave what next? I go back to living a life at house Tekiel, the place you abandoned me? I was treated like nothing, a bastard son, treated the same as skaa before the ascension." "You don't know what you're talking about" "Really now? Did you know? Did you know what the people you made take me in were like?" "They were house lords" "They were sliverists. I was half Terris, a servant in the times of the empire. They hated me, beat me. because of you" Devaan didn't respond "You left me with monsters. Why are you surprised that I'm one of them?" Astiel ran at Devaan, shard blade appearing in his hand, an overhead swing. Devaan summoned his, parrying in time, then countering with a shardplate-coated glove, Astiel dodged perfectly, leaving no opening. He's twenty, and he's already this good? he's a storming prodigy. Astiel grabbed Devaan's left boot and pushed division into him, the boot melted, exposing a shard foot. "Crushed by a boulder" Devaan told him, punching Astiel on the neck, tapping chromium and leeching Astiel. Astiel burned chromium too. Both opponents were leeched, shard blades dissapeared. "Lets do this. One on one, Martial skill only" Astiel growled, leaping towards Devaan. Devaan dodged to the right and laughed "Yeah No." "What?" A roar is heard in the distance "A pet I got 10 years ago. On a taldain expedition" A faint shape of a bird appeared in the distance. "I named her hellbent. Hellbent the phoenix, This is the first time she's been in a fight" The Pheonix landed next to Astiel and picked him up in his talons, the giant bird with a 25-foot wingspan nodded her head to Devaan. "Go, Hellbent, bring him to the training grounds" The Pheonix took off. Devaan studied the faces of the others around him, gaping at what just happened "Sorry about the interruption. We're gonna have some more people coming in from the black crusade. I don't know exactly what's going to happen but there shouldn't be much more fighting" @Grey Knight

Astiel was flown from the cliffside Oh, that solves it, last time I saw the kid he was a mistborn, yes but he had no huge healing powers, a hole in his chest has to take him down. Although he does have a shardblade... Devaan thought to himself aaaaaand he's completely fine and flying back into the battlefield with allomatic steel. Devaan watched as his son stared down the cannon, it fired, but right before it hit Astiel, the shot turned to dust. dustbringer Astiel ran towards the cannon, pewter increasing his speed and sent a swarm of metal that was lying around him in shards straight towards it, pulling them behind him, flipping over them and pushing them forwards. He then ran to the cannon, coating himself with the surge of abrasion, any enemy that tried to grab him would slide off him. He's good. He made contact with the cannon, it began to set fire and melt, he made it's base frictionless, making it slide away, and then he ducked back out to the centre of the battlefield, attacking all who drew near. *** Devaan saw his son cause havoc in the ranks of the chaos. He took out a small beacon from his inner jacket pocket. A locator beacon, he pressed a small button on the side to activate it, then flipped a switch, calling his chapter of the black crusade. The Blood Angels. Lightly tapping atium so he could see faint shadows, he leapt into battle again.

Devaan was flown back, he took a blast to chest from a gun he couldn't see, his clothing was singed but he was relatively unharmed, he looked up and saw Deras, his lifeless pupil mowing down enemies with a heavy bolter. "Good man" Devaan got up and prepared himself to make another charge at the heavy artillery. A horn sounded in the distance. People were coming up the mountain. A single man landed in the horde of chaos marines, mowing some down left and right. He crouched down and spread his arms wide before coming up, throwing metal around him. He was in the heart of a storm of metal, the jagged bits rending the flesh of anyone who came near. Astiel Tekiel, leader of the Panthers had joined the battle. Mistcloak swishing elegantly through the air, a marine broke through the storm and swung at Astiel, he parried it with a shardblade that appeared in his hand, then quickly decapitated it with a swish of Astiel's knife, working between the armour. he opened his mouth and shouted over the sounds of battle. "DEVAAN SHEONAR IS MINE TO KILL! ANYONE WHO TRIES TO HARM HIM WILL DIE FIRST. ANYONE WHO TRIES TO HELP HIM WILL DIE SECOND." He roared across the battlefield Devaan let out a weak smile "Hey" He said to Astiel, remembering the moment he dropped the four year old off at tekiel mansion "Son."

Silphio flew in after he heard sir cobalt's proclamation "don't get too cocky" He told him. "I'll duel you, but can I ask. Am I allowed to use my pets? They are technically living weapons" Dori-dori, his Laarkin chirped in annoyance about being called a weapon

Devaan has had a small stockpile since the catacendere, he gets Rathior to burn it in his cards, it's not something he uses often. But if you don't want me to use it (I think I specified I'm only dodging because I'm tapping speed, but if you'd rather I don't then thats fine.

Devaan arrived at the way stop. Nalthis customs had detained him for a couple hours which was a bother, but eventually he was waved through by a returned who knew him, he stepped through the perpendicularity and looked at his surroundings. Oh. The Chaos were here. Of course they were. Devaan stared at them, they were assaulting the way stop. "I'm getting do storming old to keep fighting other peoples wars" He snarled, Drawing Atius and tapping his necklace twice, forming a helmet with a HUD and Vizor, he marked everyone fighting the Chaos (including a dragon, apparently) in blue, and the chaos stayed red. He remembered his Chaos fighting training, he looked at the Vindicators and activated his Aon skin, interlocking his hands in a strange way so the carvings connected in his hands, setting the air around them alight, leaving his hands uncomfortably warm but not damaged. He ran towards the enemy lines and launched himself to the air by blasting himself upwards and lightly tapped atium, dodging attacks at the last second with his speed.

Hey Everyone! Just going to post a clear and simple guide to tell how to create threads, why to create threads, and which threads to join. Here we go: THREAD CREATION: Creating a thread goes like this. First, Decide what you want the alleyverse thread to be, the main three are: Guild, Location and Discussion: Guild: Character RP is allowed, but does not always happen. (See threads: TUBA, Canton of Combat, People you wouldn't want to meet in a dark alley) Location: This is specifically an RP thread. Set in one location. If someone posts in character in a location thread. They can't post with the same character in another location thread without first leaving the location, characters can't be in two places at once. (See threads: Waystop, Devaan's training ground, Tomb of the forgotten) Discussion: There is NO RP CHARACTER RP in these threads. (See threads: Alleyverse characters, Alleymemes) Now you know the main three thread types, here's how you make them: A GUILD thread is made by creating the thread, choosing the title (usually the name of the guild) and tagging the thread with the "guild" tag. You then type out the introduction post (usually a summary of the guild, and how to join) and letting others join the guild! Pretty simple! A LOCATION thread is a little more complex. First, create the thread, then title it what the place is called (EG: Elendel Basin) and tag it with these tags: First, tag it with "RP" Then, tag it with "Location" Then, tag it with whatever era the location is in. At the time of this post that would be "era 2" Then, tag it with it's plot relevancy. One of three: "Main plot", "Side Plot", or Character development "CD" Then make a post with your character (or an NPC that you have written for the location) and give a brief overview of the location. A DISCUSSION thread isn't that hard. all you have to do is title it, then tag it with "discussion" and "OOC" (Out of character). Then post an overview of the thread, and discuss! JOINING A THREAD: Joining a guild thread works by simply talking with people either in or out of character. Joining a location thread involves having your character exit the previous location thread, then arrive on the thread. Joining a discussion thread is just by discussing with people. On the thread. thats it. FINAL THOUGHTS: I would like anyone who has made existing threads to tag them with this criteria, it will help differentiate the threads. if anyone has any questions, comments or concerns, just post here and I'll respond ASAP.

So. Just read all the recent posts. Here we go: I'll Edit in the original post for these. When the account owner dies, any money in the vault is kept safe until the recipient of the money claims it. Any money on the body can be stolen/recovered from the corpse. Since Hellbent had 100 chrysts on him, and Devaan killed Hellbent, Devaan gets 100 more Chrysts.

"Tap the glass" Devaan told Deras, when he did, and the helmet eneveloped him, he went through the simple commands he figured out, and over comms said: "I'll meet you there. Let me know if the thunderhawk breaks my gate again, and please let them know I'm sorry for almost killing Orren. I wasn't having the best of mornings." He drew a card and vanished in the cognitive realm. He started on his way to the waystop. Without Tia cards it would take him about an hour to get there through scadrial, two if he had to go through Nalthian customs. They weren't fans of type IV awakened entities.

I'm thinking of doing something for awakening and radiant surges, anyone interested in the concept?

Devaan stared at the now destroyed gates. He was tempted to jump at the thunderhawk and tear it apart. But It would be easier to rebuild it. He drew a card, jack of books. Forging, he tapped connection, and drew another card, queen of shields. Soulcasting. He tapped connection towards the gate and it's cognitive self, and then fed it stormlight while forging it, tapping both cards dry, he'd need to get them replaced as the gate shone and fixed itself. "Break that again and you'll be the ones who need fixing!" Devaan called to the thunderhawk cheerfully, he turned away and walked into the smeltery next to the house, the armour rack was there. He didn't need any, but just in case, he picked out three small strange necklaces he had purchased from a boundless world for a chunk of electrum, supposedly an extremely rare metal there. He put one on, and tapped the glass pendant twice, his head was quickly enveloped in a sleek black helmet with a visor. That visor had a hud the monitored his vitals and health in the bottom right coner of Devaan's vision. He looked at Deras who stood on top of the house, he had a red marker above him, with a few simple commands (that took Devaan far too long to figure out) he changed Deras' icon from red to green, and handed tossed him a necklace "for the fight" He shouted towards the lifeless after turning his helm back into a necklace.

"Oh sure! I'll be using Atius in the fight, but feel free to take a weapon from the rack" Devaan lifted Atius, he had no idea why Riathor had returned the blade after the taldian expedition, but he would use it.

Astiel Tekiel walked out of the waystop, halfway down the mountain he uncovered a secret door with a symbol of a cat with blood-red fangs. He stepped into the underground compound. "Listen up everyone! The Sheonar mission has failed! We move bases in a week! until then I want double security and patrols every 10 minutes!" A knock was heard on the door

"The panthers are a world hopper gang, They rob, steal and kill. They appeared after the catacendere. I ran with them for a couple decades before leaving. They got pretty mad at me for that and have been trying to extort me ever since, and they finally found me here. They track me down from home to home. I usually have to pack up and move to a different planet. I think I might try silverlight" A small beep sounded from Devaan's ear. "Or. We could track them to their base, and take them down." Devaan said, grinning. They had gotten sloppier since he stopped running the gang a couple hundred years ago, but they always changed base every month. He finally found what base they just moved to. It was on Roshar. Deep underground a place called the waystop.

"Incapacitate them" Devaan said, punching one in the back of the head, knocking him out.

The thunder hawk took down another fourteen of the panthers before they got through the gate, Devaan leapt on the remaining six, summoning his spren as a shard blade and kneecapping each one individually. He was going for non-lethal, but he had to kill two of them when they got too close. "I told you. I'm not giving you extortion money" Devaan spat at them, the remaining panthers sneered at him. "You Terris rat. We'll be back with more" Most of the remaining panthers fled, either taking to the skies or running down the mountain.
