  1. Hmm so a cognitive shadow right now. Guess we'll be moving through the realms as there is a spiritual realm as well. Based on the signup page info, there seems to be a chance to come back from the spiritual realm? And get a different role? Anyone using the item this night to go to the physical realm? (Apart from manukos)
  2. There's 3 attacks unaccounted for. I agree with Joe that one could be a ghostblood kill on the alethi. They want to decrease the Alethi numbers. The attack on Drake is most likely SoH. He's at forefront of the Parshendi peace delegation. It would make sense that the SoH want him out of the way. That leaves one more attack on Alethi. I'm thinking two possibilities, and a small chance of a third one. The Parshendi voidbringer or an unaligned parshendi attack with a newly acquired shardblade. The other could be a ghostblood with a shardblade. The one that is unlikely is a SoH shardblade attack on an Alethi. Or a random unaligned alethi wanted to test his blade out at random.
  3. I think that's only for the 3-person Parshendi PM. It closes at end of cycle. Alethi one closes if you choose to close it or when one of the participants dies. Any amount of PMs. That was my take. Hope it's clarified soon. Edit:oops didn't refresh the page and missed a few comments.
  4. Right, this is for the peace compromise I guess. Ghostblood either way. HH. And I don't think anyone noticed but: If we want a vote tally, do we do it ourselves?
  5. That's why I asked the question in the first place tbh. I don't know if it was the same for others, but the PM was a bit weird in the beginning. I wouldn't say I got a strong ghostblood vibe but it did seem a bit too open.
  6. I haven't come across a lot of info on the dawnsingers, probably because there hasn't been much stuff about them yet. Are they not supposed to be weapons stronger than honorblades? Edit:I got confused with dawnsingers and dawnshards.
  7. So there seems to have been a few changes since I last checked or posted. I managed to come online for a quick check but didn't have time to post. (A thought that occurred to me) I think the scanners might not even be scanners if they're a part of SoH/ghostbloods. Another person on the team can just do the scanning and let one with a shardplate/highprince do the claiming. If they're normal unaligned alethi then they are just doing their best to out the secret factions. So far it's going the way some people guessed on D1. An alethi vs parshendi by the looks of it. Now with the rule changes, I don't know if things will really be different but I guess I'm just going to wait for a while longer and see where it goes. And do we have to do the vote tally ourselves? Edit: just checked Drake's post. I must've skimmed it but seems like he's given us an ultimatum. Is he speaking for all of the Parshendi there? Is there really a strong suspicion of HH being ghostblood?
  8. Elenion seems likely to be lynch today so far. There's been some analysis on possible secret faction members and the different ways the game could go. The Alethi believe aster and are willing to lynch Elenion. Elenion has denied the accusation. Drake's not fully sure about aster and although he voted for Elenion, he has now changed to Aster. Frozen is suing for peace and has voted a suspected Voidbringer. Most Parshendi not active yet. Let's see what happens.
  9. Just been reading and trying to make sense of what has happened so far. So I guess I'm going to go with Elenion for now. Taking out the voidbringers takes priority, however, I'm going to have reasses after this cycle. It feels really rushed somehow. @Drake Marshall Did you manage to scan as well or will it be during this cycle? Edit: Ninja'd by Drake.
  10. So the parshendi seem as though they want to follow through on the peace alliance but are unwilling to vote one of the voidbringer suspects yet. As they should be, I guess. We are doing the same with a SoH suspect. If Drake follows through on the change of form and finds info, we can move towards eliminating the secret factions. I'm not against knocking out a SoH but between a SoH and voidbringer, I'd go for the voidbringer. If there's a chance we could get one, then my vote is on Elenion for now. I won't be on for the end of cycle so this vote will most likely not change in the light of new info. Zephyras Edit: Do we only change the font colour for the vote?
  11. I will join as Tautali Laust. Once upon a time, in the distant world of Roshar, he was a mercenary fighting in a highprince's army on the shattered plains. Now on an alien world with no memory of who he is or where he's from, he has become Tautali Laust. Yet he's determined. Extremely curious and pleased with certain abilities and feats he's capable of, Laust will have to strive hard and attain knowledge thought lost for milenna in the world he now walks. He will find out the true nature of his power and more importantly, how he became Laust. Unknown to Laust, however, danger lurks within every valley and forest and mountain that he explores. Hopefully, some of his former comrades find him before he loses everything.
  12. My initial thoughts were to aim for the eliminate-all-secret-factions victory. I still stand by that. However, some of the comments make sense about allying with SoH. The parshendi, on the other hand, make a case about helping us eliminate the voidbringers. They want us to help lynch a SoH first by the looks of it. I am leaning towards that right now, however: A few doubts: As it is right now, I want to go ahead against the 'apparent' SoH but can't help thinking that we might be playing into the voidbringers' hands. The parshendi seem quite united in their opinion at the moment. There have been a few mentions of the numbers advantage but if we help lynch a supposed alethi and then the parshendi refuse to move against the voidbringers, that puts us in a crap position. But if we alienate the parshendi completely, what's the chance of us completely wiping them out with SoH's help. I'll hold for now.
  13. @Yitzi2 I believe you're making some of these assumptions and possible game outcomes based on the fact that the sons/voidbringers can have an alliance together. That won't really work because each of their victory condition requires the complete annihilation of the whole of the opposing public faction. In the sons case, it's the whole of the parshendi, which includes the voidbringers, ghostbloods and the vanilla. Same for voidbringers. It would be killing every single Alethi, including sons and ghostbloods. They wouldn't really want an alliance as they would have to kill each other in the end. If that's what you meant by the bit about not jumping the gun, then I didn't understand everything clearly. As for why I want a eliminate-all-secret-factions victory is simply because I think (at the moment) that that is the primary victory (regarding the gametype). All the other factions will be manipulating the vanillas. In a way, they are all mafia.
  14. Right. So ideally, we should be aiming for the victory condition of eliminating all the secret factions. Though, seems like that will be the hardest one to achieve. Also, can we call this a PAFO! from now on.
  15. Finally! Hey everyone, Zephyras here. Like I mentioned before, he's an Alethi darkeyes in a mercenary group in Sebarial's army. A proficient swordsman, with likely hidden potential. Lately, he's been noticing a spren acting weirdly, which others can not see for some reason. Oh well, we'll see what happens with that later. Right now, Zephyras is worried about the peace treaty with the Parshendi and hopes it does not come to a fight. So as I'm a beginner, I might make mistakes and probably ask questions but let's have fun regardless. On phone at the moment but will try to get on a pc and do some more posts. About the Alliance, I stand on the side of Peaceful negotiation. We know there's secret factions amongst us. One of the conditions is the elimination of the secret factions, so I think one of them should be our target. We shouldn't just target the parshendi for the sake of them being parshendi as their numbers are small to begin with. Oh btw, what happens if all parshendi are killed and the secret factions on the Alethi side are not eliminated yet?
  16. I second that. Almost. If I could remember I would mention it but... there was a theory of a sort that they were assasins sent for Jasnah and that she had her sight on them for days. I can't remember if it was just a wild theory or something more concrete though... Or I could just be getting confused...
