  1. Yes but given how masterful Dalinar is in plate I hope to see him again maybe with a miniature highstorm as a cloak or something insanely awesome like that
  2. True, I never saw Renarin coming so this could sideswipe me too, and thanks!
  3. Ooooh what if that's where the Nahel Bond takes place as well... that could be why they think the spren "abandoned them" Upvoted
  4. Im not sure if there is a WoB but it HAS to be true. Those Radiants that came to save Dalinar in one of his visions had glowing shardplate that they could dismiss at will. How else would they have gotten it?
  5. They get new shardplate through the nahel bond. So Dalinar will eventually get it once he's progressed far enough. How it happens is the question
  6. Upvoted. An older and wiser Lift with Kaladin would be AWESOME. OMG I have the perfect couple name for them! A Leaf on the Wind!
  7. "A woman sits and scratches out her own eyes. Daughter of kings and winds, the vandal." This is the proof and since Jezebel (lol Jezrien storm you autocorrect!) is the kingly one and a windrunner it is logical to conclude he is the father. Shallash is obviously the one who desecrates her own statues... Its from the one of the Death rattles in WoK Edit: well the herald of windrunners anyway
  8. But she's 10 forever!? (Although I'm still not sure if she is actuallly metabolically forced to remain that age or if it is a joke. You never know with Sanderson.)
  9. Could he view abandoning he Recreance to be a new binding oath upon the Radiants? Leave and never come back or of that variety You just made my brain do summersaults...
  10. Do you think Lift will reach Taravangian like she did Naln? That would be an amazing turn of events in my opinion because it basically gives the Radiants another theater of operations (Lift Szeth and who knows?!)
  11. @maxal @The One Who Connects But we can all agree that Lift+Lopez (STORM YOU racist AUTOCORRECT.... lol meant lopen.) would be freaking awesome right?! Am I right? P.S. in no way does this suggest that they Should be together because they both have dark skin P.P.S. That last post script was a joke meant to lighten the mood in this thread. P.P.P.S. I'm not very funny
  12. So we know of some voidbinding forms already from the song of secrets. I think Nightform matches Truthwatchers, because unless he's got a void spren Renarin can fortell the future as well as Nightform which predicts what will be. I think Stormform is the Wind runners opposite but what about the others?
  13. I think the traitor from the diagram is Renarin. "FUUUUUUUUTUUUURE"
  14. It could be more than that. Odium with the listeners except Honor tried to free them, more of a rescue story then ill fated mistake
  15. I think it would be cool if he were made worse by her. Off destroying what she (presumably) used to love could really hurt a Father to see in his daughter.
  16. What if they were a creation of both Odium and Honor but Odium tried to corrupt them? they could be a part of both their powers and attuned to the fabric of the cosmere.
  17. I laughed most at Rock's putting 3 courses dung in Sadeas's meal I bet that's why Sadeas is always in such a crappy mood rofl
  18. With great power comes great responsibility. poor Jasnah
  19. @Spoolofwhool No worries, it'd be cool if their shards manifested differently. Maybe command over spren since we know Ishar bound the KR to the immortal words
  20. Hmmm I didn't think more time would actually hurt them more and drive them into a spiral because they used to be paragons among men, but I can see how having broken an oath and having an eternity to think about it might not help.
  21. lol I just got this, and Yes
  22. lol the suspense!? I have to give points. I have serious Gollum syndrome towards the Heralds (hating those who deserve pity) I guess "It's a pity Bilbo didn't kill Gollum when he had the chance.Pity? It is pity that stayed Bilbo's hand. Many that live deserve death. Some that die deserve life. Can you give it to them, Frodo? Do not be too eager to deal out death in judgment. Even the very wise cannot see all ends. My heart tells me Gollum has some part to play in this, for good or evil..." You can essentially replace Gollum with Heralds.
  23. But didn't Ishar create the words in order to bind the KR?
  24. I upvoted for you but the entire point of the immortal words is that it's journey before destination. The ends never justify the means, and Naln seems to have abandoned this ideal completely.
  25. I'm not saying they should have "just gotten better" but they damnation well should have done more to help the world. Especially after 4500 years which should be enough time to learn how to live with anything. Especially for the Heralds
