How does one vote for these, and how does one submit a nomination (he said facebook, but does that mean comment on the previous poll, or what)?

"I don't know, you hear about skaa making trouble every so often." Had the Survivor started his thieving campaign this far back? I don't think his pre-Hathsin life was covered in much depth in any of the history courses. "Even a rebellion every few centuries."

Garshin laughed. "Well, at least you're honest enough to admit it. Just be careful...if you're too disrespectful to your elders, they might decide to look the other way if some of the skaa decide to react to your treatment of them."

He'll have to be undercover; "skaa crew" means "criminal gang", and that's not exactly something he'd want to admit in the presence of the nobility. Or he can just be a skaa guard (or farmer who became a guard); there are quite a few of those (though if he's an allomancer he'd definitely keep that hidden).

I assume you mean besides the lynch and ordering metals that they can then give to allies.

"No, I'm not from around here. Just got here a few hours ago myself. As for excitement...first rule of being a guard is that excitement is a bad thing."

Garshin noticed another guard kicking a rock at a nearby man, and glared at the man. Why did...oh right, I'm in the late Final Empire now, the skaa are heavily mistreated. For all the good he did, the Sliver really messed up there.

In the wiki, the death dates of these two individuals is marked as c 1028 FE. That can't be right, as the Catacendre was 1025 (as seen by Vin's own death date), and her sister (and IIRC her mother as well) died when she was a young child. So do we know how old Vin was at the actual time they died, and if not, should the line simply be removed?

"Oh, I'm sure there are spies and saboteurs around here somewhere. Which of us those are...well, that remains to be seen." (By the way, a question for the GM: If, after game start, we want to write up RP that would give away our alignment, role, etc., can we write it up and send it to you to be posted in the spec doc?)

Well, unless they're inactive. Then all bets are off. Another question for the GM: If someone is killed, what happens to their vials? Are they simply removed from play?

Another couple of questions: If Iron is available through metallurgist A, does that reset its probability for metallurgist B as well? And how does the probability of availability scale with the time since it was last available?

Neutrals? Are there metals that aren't neutral in some way?

Question: In your example, each Metallurgist had 3 metals available. Is it always 3 metals, or is each metal rolled individually, or do you first randomly determine the number of metals and then determine which ones they are?

Probably nothing major. (Actually, there are spoilers in the OP if you know where to look, but not major ones.) Garshin (from LG32) will be in this game (though I'll make sure to use spoiler tags for any major spoilers he'd produce, being from 300 years in the future). By the way, when is the game starting? And, just to clarify: The role and starting spike distribution is (at least as far as we know) the same between the Loyal Guardsmen and Venture Agents, right?

I know I saw it somewhere, but that may just be a very well-supported fan-theory.

Source? Because Shards can have spren even without their Cognitive Shadows merging with a spren after their death (proof: the Nightwatcher).

Even if Adonalsium had a clear form (not so clear), and you knew what it was well enough to draw it (unlikely), whatever's powering Rithmatics is not going to be able to power the real thing, so most likely it'd do its best, and give you something whose capabilities are completely unpredictable.

It is very possible that Tanavast already moved on in any case. Prior Shardholders are able to stay as long as they want; that doesn't mean they all choose to. In fact, we see that Ati didn't.

Quick Fix Game 23: You don't want to Play this Game.

Even if you didn't play terribly well, you did an excellent job of appearing helpful while being an elim, which was the point under discussion.- 395 replies

Quick Fix Game 23: You don't want to Play this Game.
Yitzi2 replied to Jo and the Bush's topic in Sanderson Elimination
Ok, some things that surprised me there: -Orlok was the convert. -I was not expecting the elim/village decision to be done intentionally. -I was ID'd be BR as a knight; if she'd let DB know that, the game would probably not have been nearly so close. -The elims killing all the village librarians was accidental; I was sure it was on purpose. -BR was credited with persuading us to put Lopen at the top of the recruitness list; I did that based on Randuir's recommendation at the beginning of cycle 3. (Or was that paragraph written by BR pretending to be Randuir?)- 395 replies

So if I had just done my ploy a bit earlier, we would have won. Really close game there, then. Also, I still would like to know why you asked my favorite color.- 395 replies
