You didn't target anyone night 0?

I generally want PMs because I'm better at catching elims when I have PMs with them. That said, I might as well tell you: I was the one who gave you that first pewter vial (I would presume it was the first; it was before the first assassination attempt), and you can actually check that I did not vote the day you received it, for precisely that reason (note that giving vials during the day is instead of voting). @Araris Valerian why did you only steal those two nights?

@Metacognition can you confirm this? @Seonid Also, if A hazekills B, B hazekills C, and C hazekills D, am I correct in my assumption that A would therefore block B, so C would be unblocked, so D would be blocked?

This is very suspicious, you know. Can you at least tell us if you're waiting for something specific? Also, question for @Seonid: If multiple hazekillers target a single individual, are they all injured, or just one of them?

I'm still waiting for @Sart to tell us what the win conditions are for this game.

Not if being helpful to the village requires doing something instead of defending themselves. And even if they defend against one individual, another could still kill them.

Question: What's the win condition for each team? Also: What are the PM rules?

And I targeted you, thinking you were a bit suspicious. And @The Flash hazekilling stops any actions; it's only passive abilities like the metallurgist's providing metals that aren't stopped by hazekilling. And sometimes elims do vote for each other, particularly if there isn't much danger of it leading to anything. Jondesu is also pretty presumably village at this point, though a WGG-type ploy is still technically a possibility. If so, lynching Araris should give us much more info. (EDIT: I'm not quite sure what I was thinking when I wrote that: Lynching Araris would give us info in the case that Jondesu is lying, not if it's a WGG.) Araris, what do you have to say about what happened? @Araris Valerian (Edited in a mention to try to get his attention).

Garshin thought back to the voice telling everyone not to interfere. It was the same one that had sent him into this "scenario", as it had referred to the current test. He presumed that Cluny had been another of its pawns...but why was it so important that Cluny be killed by a falling bell? (OOC: Garshin's never read Redwall, as one might presume.)

I don't think HH was inactive at the time the teams were assigned.

Thank you. I didn't notice that clicking on the search box created a drop-down menu next to it.

Ok...I'm really not sure how I got the idea that you said he was not Mistborn, or why I didn't see your post asking me that question.

I do not remember this. I may have just missed it, but I usually don't accuse people of elim-hood based on what they try to throw doubt on anyway, so if you can find where this happened, that would be good. Looks like you ninja'd me. The reason it's not the same is that mistings start with the relevant metal whereas people with spikes don't.

1. For everyone else reading the thread, I'm pretty sure that Elenion is an experienced player too. Naturally, if he's elim he's not going to mention that possibility, and if he's village he knows he's not elim, but we should keep in mind that there's a fourth candidate. 2. I believe one of the stickied SE posts defines WGG.

I don't think the injury was announced. Also, for future reference, you might not want to mention how many vials you had, as if the elims think it was the last one when you really have another, it can lead them to waste another kill, and if they think you have another when you're out it could buy you more time. Unless you are being deliberately deceptive about the matter...

If Barry was an elim (and I don't think he is), he could easily have gotten the pewter from someone who thought he was village, and then told his teammates that he had it. When an elim kill targets an elim but is prevented in some way, in order to make him seem less suspicious.

All the writeup would really tell us, if it did, would be that Barry thought that the people who tried to kill him were the Venture spies. Which we can probably safely assume anyway.

The point of announcing hazekills is that anyone who was hazekilled last night was not the one to send in the elim kill. So yeah, the fact that you targeted Ecth doesn't really give us any info.

I would presume that Ecth was an unfortunate vigilante kill. Also, did anybody hazekill last night? If so, it might be good to let us know whom you targeted, so that we can at least know they didn't do one of the kills (though if there aren't any more metallurgists, being a coinshot isn't worth much any more).

If so, then we only have one suspicious-as-far-as-having-a-seeker-goes kill, and I don't think that's such strong evidence that they have a seeker. (Also, it's night, so you can't vote.)

Another point: Did any rioting happen this game? If not, Valbar can't have been found via a seeker.

Right, for some reason I counted 1,2,3,4 instead of 0,1,2,3.

I realized: They can't have used a metallurgist (and we don't know there's only one left) to target Mistings: Their kills were a rioter on N3 and a lurcher on N4, but brass wasn't available for ordering until N3 (so the metallurgist wouldn't know until D3), and iron has not been available at all so far.

A thief has much the same problem as a seeker, though: He can only steal from one person at a time, and that doesn't give the elims the info to do a misting kill every cycle unless they're really lucky. It also has the weakness of a metallurgist (namely that someone might order metals they don't have the ability to use). Obviously, that theory assumes that they got PMs before the couriers died (once the PM is set up, I believe it is permanent). If we assume that they somehow found found two metallurgists (their ally and Ornstein), we can posit that they took out Ornstein first in order to direct a larger share of the ordering to their pet metallurgist. On the plus side, this would explain why their first kill was an inactive. On the minus side, it would require a lot of lucky PMs early on.

I notice we have a member search function, which lets you search by a lot of different criteria, but it doesn't seem to be possible to search by the most obvious one, namely username. Am I missing something?
