He might aid Venli in creating her supposed fifth column of listerners. Technically the fused are stealing bodies, and killing their former owners.

I wonder what happens if a fused swallows the gemstone. If a perfect gemstone can trap the unmade, could lesser crystals be grown to trap the fused? The unmade could literally grow a thunderclast form from the body of the fused.

I totally see the nine being used as a weapon against odium, specificly against the fused. We know now they can be trapped, but there have to be a better more epic fate in store for them. My idea is a kind of fabrial to transform the fused, those unmade that affect emotions and the minds would speed up their deterioration so no longer able to inhabit living vessels, while the rest would transform their physical being into something new. I am imagining a new form of thunderclast,

[OB] Taln's brief moment of lucid thought
.S.A.M.K.M replied to scottos's topic in Stormlight Archive
Dalinar created something powerful, but there is one said to already to exist in the horn eater peaks. If talon became aware here, could something similar happen in the peaks? These locations could potentially heal at least temporarily the heralds of their worst of their damage. -
theory [OB] How to Stop a Fused & Make a Parshman
.S.A.M.K.M replied to Wit Beyond Measure's topic in Stormlight Archive
I wonder about that unmade they captured. It some how acted in place of odium, providing void light and forms of power. What if it was working towards something more? My impression is somehow the ever Storm is something new, what if it was being created by the unmade? A way to negate or circumvent the oath pact. The fused get sent to blaize upon death, until they can return with the heralds. What if there was a way to summon the banished fused while the heralds were on Roshar? It would extend and worsen desolations. Speeding up the eventual collapse of the oath pact. why did the ever storm heal the parshmen but not the fused? We know the fused have been damaged by the cycle of battle and death, so have they not been healed. -
Apart from the thunderclasts, it is said there are nine types of the fused. This is due to them having distinct abilities. The regals likely have access to void binding but in a more passive manner, the power concentrated in their forms. the impression I received was than lesser spren came together to form shard plate. What if this process was mimicked with void spren, could it allow for suits of armor to allow access to the power of the regals? If not plate, then a form of fabrial.

Does any one know or guess how many forms there could be? We know there are nine types of fused. But not for certain the numbers for the regale and the listerners. Are all void spren just corrupted forms of normal one? So for each regal, there is a pure form. We know at least one of the unmade can at minimum make a kind of spren. it seems like honor and cultivation like the number ten, but odium prefers nine. The impression I got was there could be more forms than would be accounted by these numbers. i think it is implied that lesser spren coming together can form shard plate. I wonder if void spren could be similarly shaped. It could be a way to grant the power of the regals to humans.

[OB] Theory- Gemhearts location and reclamation
.S.A.M.K.M replied to MonsterMetroid's topic in Stormlight Archive
A fused can't share with a listerner or a lesser spren, what happens if they attempt to posses a knight radiant? -
He asked for the capacity to save his people, I am betting that includes the ability to sacrifice themselves for the greater good.

theory [OB] How to Stop a Fused & Make a Parshman
.S.A.M.K.M replied to Wit Beyond Measure's topic in Stormlight Archive
From the description of the thunderclasts, they are fused that are so warped and mangle by the cycle of battle and death, that they are no longer capable of taking a living vessel. If they are removed from the field of play, then a new solution could bring peace. i wonder if there is a way to specificly cripple the fused, similar to how the parshmen were created. If the fused can be changed enough they are either forced to move on or simply no longer truly walk amongst the living, stuck as Thunderclasts. They might remain as beings of power, but they would not be aware enough to use it effectively. I am leaning to transformation as a solution, as we know the crippling could be undone by the Everstorm. Since the crippling strike involved an unmade, my theory involves the nine used against them. Some of the unmade are known for messing with the mind/spirit, so they could push the fused into loosing what little sanity and control they retain. The rest of the unmade as purely a guess create a new form to trap and bind them in. One of the unmade creates a kind of spren, another causes crystals to be grown. The crystals could be very important. A perfect gemstone can trap an unmade, but could lesser crystals be grown that can permanent trap a cognitive shadow. -
Not all the books are pre existing. Dalinar started to write oath bringer at the end of the book. The listerners have lost so much of their culture, heritage and so much more. So what if Venli or the one on bridge four wrote something for their people? To inspire and heal them, to guide them to a new or better path.

What would be cool if a bad guy is about to swallow the gem stone containing the unmade, and someone like lift zooms in and steals it? It might not be a perfect gemstone, but it could at least keep the thing contained temporily.
-
Stones unhallowed makes me think of truthless. So we would likely learn about shinovar, possibly even where the honor blades are. This could lead to the other heralds getting involved. Also, since he is pretty advanced with his oaths, we would see the formation of his plates. Also, I am betting we might see answers to the black sphere.

There is apparently a void based origin, could it lead to damnation?
-
According to the Parshendi song, it claimed the form of powers were made by the unmade. The thing is the unmade are not banished by the oath pact, so I wonder if they were formed after the pact was made. the war could have started with just the heralds and the fused. But when the Knights were formed, this eventually led to the forms of power and the unmade. from the description of the thunderclasts, it seems that is is the fate of all the fused eventually. I am hoping it is possible to accelerate the process. If only to spare the listerners having to sacrifice them selves to host them. My idea is to trap the nine in a fabrial and aim them at the fused. The more mindless and mental based unmade would warp them until they can no longer take hosts, while the others would remake them.

Since it was a long studied subject, there are likely collections of every example that could be found. I wonder how much of it is listerner lore and how much is it human. The listerners have lost much of their history and culture, this could allow it secretly seep back to them, undermining odium. Unlike human knowledge, the Ardents could not edit or destroy it, no point as no one understood it.

It seems to me that the fused are somehow now linked to the ever storm. The storm father could never hope to stand against odium, but could he go against the ever storm and through it, the fused. we know there are world hoppers, if one of them carries the knowledge of kelsier. His existance as a splinter could provide a viable solution to the fused.

[OB][Warbreaker] Vasher, Vivenna, Nightblood, and Szeth
.S.A.M.K.M replied to Rainier's topic in Stormlight Archive
It is said that when night blood was first created, it imprinted on its creator. I am wondering if it imprinted on all five of the scholars, so containing what they knew. Can the sword learn from the things it kills? Just because the sword does not use the knowledge, does not mean he does not have it?- 31 replies

[OB] The third Bondsmith and Urithiru
.S.A.M.K.M replied to FirstSelector's topic in Stormlight Archive
Could the unmade have been created after the oath pact, possibly in response to the knight radiants being created? It would explain why they are not banished to damnation with the fused and void spren. That way they could undermine the human forces between desolations. And during them cause huge disasters. -

We know that the storm father was affected by the death of the almighty, how was the sibling? -
I bet he sons of honor have amassed a lot of lore and relics, that they don't realise the true value of. If they don't realise what they have, it could mean odium not realizing what they have. If they are part of the Vorin church, I bet they have a stash of material that escaped the huge purge and edit of history.

I can see the boys getting the whole of bridge four of uncles. They would eventually become apprentice squires.

What would be funny if we start to see a bunch of high society ladies attempt to court one the premier knight radiants? We know at some point there will be those looking to tie him into an alliance via marriage.

The diagram people also happens to collect death rattles, the expression of odium future sight. We know renarin can do opt this aspect, could the same here happen to the rattles?

I think the unmade will not only be trapped in gem stones but in a fabrial. The classic turning the enemy power against them. The power of all nine used against a specific target at the same time would be an epic strike, sure to have permanent effect.
