  1. Should I vote on phatt? I retracted my vote earlier, but it seems like the bandwagon is the dominant vote right now, and it doesn't look like that is going to change. Not like it is going to matter, if a few others join the bandwagon.
  2. Is that a deliberate attempt to get me to vote on Len?
  3. Welcome to the Shard! There are many cool theories about the Metallic Arts (Scadrial's magic system), and little Easter eggs in the books, all over the forum, so I'm sure you'll enjoy yourself. And don't forget about the Coppermind, the Brandon Sanderson wiki. Don't eat the cookies!
  4. Your points are all true, and I am not saying that you should not vote against me. You have clearly given evidence that I should have a stack of votes for the exact reasons phatt does. I found it interesting, because I don't think I am suspicious as Len or phatt, but apparently I am. It's a matter of perception. What troubles me is that there is a matter of hours before the cycle ends, and most of us are confused and wondering who to lynch.
  5. You get another syringe, but the kind to inject <insert illegal drug> into the bloodstream! *inserts addiction recovery program*
  6. Just like I had thought, I have been accused because of my participation in a bandwagon. Not surprising. Still, there are only two candidates for a lynch (Mage has only one vote on him for now), but I can't do much with either. phatt, because he hasn't defended himself yet. If his defense is not effective, then I might vote with actual intent. Len, I'm not feeling it right now. He might be suspicious, but I don't think it's enough. For now, it is simply the bandwagon. It could be derailed or confirmed. It all waits for @phattemer.
  7. My thoughts, as requested. So Joe has nicely picked apart the cycle and assessed the contributions of each player. I have -2. Interesting. I normally refrain from throwing out a vote right from the start, and I wanted discussion to progress further before I acted. Now things have clearly progressed. Now, in terms of voting, there are two major targets: phatt and Len. Phatt is quickly becoming a bandwagon, but I'm getting good reads on Orlok and Mage, from their discussion, so I'm tempted to vote on Len. So it comes down to this: do I want to join the bandwagon? It is D1, and we have minimal information, so we need some quickly. The best way of doing that is to lynch someone. Of course, we could lynch terribly wrong, as it goes most games, and kill a villager D1. What is better? I'm susceptible to bandwagons, so phattemer.

  11. "Alrin. My name is Alrin. But you will hear nothing more from me until I will know your name." Juan smiled. "Ah, right you are. My name is Juan, a pleasure to meet you. I must say, you look nothing like any of the other diners here, so I was intrigued. What is a man like you doing among nobles?" He extended a hand to shake. Sorry to cut into your RP. You can do whatever you like.
  12. Granted. You now are filled with an insatiable desire to kill people. I wish to know all of the alignments in LG31.
  13. Any noble could be part-skaa? Does this mean Preservation or TLR could be converted? That's a scary thought. Of course, if that were so, I suppose it would make things easier for Ruin?
  14. Diego observed the diners at their tables as he strummed. It was a side job, but all jobs are, at this restaurant. Same as always, upperclass nobles frolicking in their wealth while the skaa suffer. Diego, the quiet observer, philosopher, and guitarist. That was him. Pablo smiled as he sang. It was a good day, right? Nothing too bad was out and about, the ash still fell, and the wine was good. Juan had procured some delicious peppers and made up his signature salsa, and that made him happy any day. His eyes swept the tables, winked at a pretty noblewoman, and fell upon a man by the window. That was not a noble, not at all. He was so startled-- he didn't show it, of course-- that he didn't notice the noblewoman blush. What was a man like that doing among nobles? He sang to Juan. "See that man in the corner?" "Who, that guy?" "Si, him. Doesn't he look strange?" "I don't know, he looks like a fine man to me. What, did he take your money or something?" "No, no, he just looks out of place." "Look, you can just talk to him after the song. But we need to finish this, okay? This is my favorite part," Juan sang. Pablo gazed at the man. He had a rough disposition, looked like he had been through a lot. Those hard features, this was a fighting man. The bulge of his arm muscles... a blacksmith perhaps? Juan glanced over at that man Pablo mentioned. He was out of the ordinary. I wonder what Diego thinks of him, he thought. Soon, the song was over, and the noble applauded. Juan grinned and waved and bowed, then put his guitar into its case and set it against the wall by Diego. Diego would watch it for him, as he always did. He nodded to Pablo, and they walked over to the man by the window. Suddenly, they were stopped. It was the noblewoman. "Were you the one who winked at me?" She asked Juan. Juan shook his head. "No, my lady, that was my brother, Pablo. Here he is." "Who is this lady," Pablo hissed to Juan. "The noblewoman." "Oh... hello, good woman," Pablo said. Juan left the two of them to chat. He took the chair opposite the man and placed his arm on the table. With his other hand, he fiddled with his mustache. The mustache was quite intimidating, he had found. "So, who might you be, good man?" @Arinian
  15. I agree with Mage exactly. We are immediately given the option of lunching someone, but we have absolutely no information. So, we must have discussion. I will wait to place my vote.
  16. Yes, your theory has already been confirmed. Have you checked out the Coppermind? It is a trove of information of confirmed things and a few speculated things (but most of the speculation goes on here in the Shard), and I'm pretty sure it can help you. And other Shard names:
  17. Granted. Unfortunately, it does not have a cap. I wish for a pair of glasses that can see in four dimensions.
  18. That was a triple post... maybe worse than double posting.
  19. Alone in an alley, far from activity, HARVEY stood. <separating torso chambers> The metallic cage, akin to ribs, shifted and came apart in three sections. They glowed and hummed, lined with wires lights. <removing drone compartment> The center section moved forward, revealing a set of propellers and a small camera. HARVEY picked it out and held it in its palm. <activating AirCam> The drone whirred to life, lights blinking and propellers spinning. It lifted into the air and hovered before HARVEY. Then, the illusion came over it, transforming the small drone into a windspren. HARVEY commanded it, and it flew into the sky, shrinking to a pale dot. <swithcing to AirCam> Suddenly, HARVEY saw through the drone's eye. The town spread beneath it, the maze of roads clear among square rooftops. Dots as small as specks moved along--people. HARVEY did a thermal scan of the area, flames and bodies highlighted in the infrared vision. Here, nothing escaped the gaze of HARVEY.
  20. @Conquestor @Darkness Ascendant, I haven't received a GM PM yet.
  21. Welcome to the Shard! Yes, stay Autonomous of the cookies.
  22. <lifeform entering proximity> Neiha approached HARVEY and smiled. "Hello! How are you today?" HARVEY regarded her blandly. It was not programmed for emotion. It was a female with an abundance of mineral and organic powders on her face. HARVEY quickly scanned her and assessed her vitals. A healthy life form. It began to turn away, but halted and stared at the female. "An interesting situation you have here. Not that it is my business or anything." Then it walked away. Its illusion flickered and disappeared altogether. Its limbs began to glow and then vaporized. <location confirmed> HARVEY teleported. <target acquired>
  23. I just got back from LGPE( Large Group Performance Evaluation, pretty much the big band exam, whatever it is where you live), and my band got a Superior rating(the best one)! I'm so excited!!!!
