    Yeah, that one was sounding interesting. I think I'm gonna read the end of series/standalone books first, then I'll read Mistborn and the others. I'm starting off with The Seven Wonders book because I've been waiting forever to read that one, then I'll just go from there.

    I have 11 books checked out right now, one of them being Mistborn, and I don't know which one to read. I really wanna read Mistborn, but I kinda want to wait to read it so I can get the next books in the series right after it. Here are the books I have: Mistborn; The Diabolic by S.J. Kincaid; Wings of Fire: Talons of Power by Tui T. Sutherland; The Stars Are Legion by Kameron Hurley; Unwanteds: Island of Dragons by Lisa McMann; Time Riders by Alex Scarrow; The Darkest Minds by Alexandra Bracken; Seven Wonders: The Legend of the Rift by Peter Lerangis; Found by Margaret Peterson Haddix; Shadow Magic by Joshua Khan; Antigoddess by Kendare Blake (If you're wondering why I have so many books checks out at once, it's because I put them all on hold, and if you don't check books out that you've put on hold by a certain time at my library, they stop holding them for you)

    I felt this was important. Also, how do you make it where the image shows up in the post itself? Also, yes, I do know it technically wasn't a pun. I just felt the need to insert it into the conversation; I just wanted to be a port of the conversation.

    It sounds really cool, and my only question was already asked by Edgedancer. Also...since they're mages...what exactly are the doing, in terms of magic. Is it just the crystal stuff? Or is there other magic they use?

    When you type @, a little box should appear underneath it a slightly you type the person's name. This box should have usenames in it, and ince you've typed enough of the username that you're wanting to tag, that name should pop up, and you can click it. Also, welcome to the 17th Shard! I'm fairly new to the a Cosmere (as in, I still need to get around to starting it), but I know you'll enjoy the site. Have you read some of Brandon's other works? If not, then I recommend that you read Steelheart.

    I use this app called Auxy to make music (most of the time), but my iPad and phone are both older-ish models and I can't get the latest updates for the app, so I'm missing out on all these cool features. It's just annoying that they don't let older models get the update (though I do understand it's because the olde models can't handle the new software). Also, I hate it when my face breaks out. Especially when I have a big performance coming up. That's the worst.

    Hey, I can guarantee to you that that isn't true. They might make a remark about your height every now and then, but it's not how they see you. I have friends that are shorter than me (which is saying something, since I'm only around 5'4" or 5'5") and I tease them every now and then, but only because they know I don't mean it in a rude way. And I have friends taller than me (most of them are, actually). They also make jokes about my height sometimes, but again, it doesn't change they way they view me. Heck, my mom is shorter than me and she freaking terrifies me when she's mad. Don't even think about being "short." You're vertically challenged, and that isn't bad.

    Also, @Queen Elsa Steelheart, while this may seem like a rough time, things will definitely get better. It may seem like it never will and everyone's out to get you, but trust me, there's a light at the end of the tunnel. Plus, you have your friends and your boyfriend, who all really seem to care for you. Don't do anything rash that could affect them as well. And you always have us here on the 17th Shard to help you out too, if you ever need anything.
