  1. What the heck my leaving my vote on Rae was NOT an open invitation to lynch her! I didn’t intend to get her lynched? I point the finger of suspicion at each individual who thought it was a good idea to lynch her. I’m really kind of pissed off right now. Why’d you think that was a smart lynch?!
  2. That leap was purposeful. I was hoping to get some information out of Rae, because of the people I named, I found her most likely to be the serial killer. But I can’t do analysis on people who didn’t express suspicion of Bard or anything, so how am I supposed to pin them down and vote on them? I’m aware of the jump I made and I’ll be keeping an eye on everyone who didn’t express suspicion of Bard, even though that’s the majority of the players. Thus why I asked fura to tell me who expressed suspicion of bard in PMs. The information from rae I was hoping for was some kind of action claim or role claim that would give her an alibi against being Zane. But she gave me nothing so... I’ll leave my vote where it is for now. I don’t really intend to see her lynched, just don’t see a real reason to move it right now.
  3. The defected is the Traitor, the serial killer.
  4. I’ve made small alterations to the rules to avoid all major spoilers. Everything now in the rules is all based on setting, not on plot. If you want to avoid all spoilers, you might still not want to play the game, but you should be fine playing the game.
  5. I’m going to officially extend signups 72 hours to 8:00 PM on Saturday instead. I can’t start this game with 10 people. And maybe a few people will take the time to read skyward in that time.
  6. That’s... not very helpful. Was sort of hoping for some relevant information or something. @Furamirionind could you tell me exactly who expressed these suspicions of Bard? Thanks.
  7. Ok, let's DO this thing. Deep analysis of day one, begins here. So, who first voted on Bard? Rae did. CadCom did in quick succession. Elandera, Rathmaskal, and that's it. So Rae, CadCom, Elandera, and Rathmaskal are top suspicion in terms of being suspicious of Bard based on votes. Stink also seems to express some suspicion on Young Bard during the night, regarding his thoughts on Coop. Alright then. Zane might not necessarily be someone who expressed suspicion or voted on Bard, however. In fact, I'm rather inclined to think they're not. With so few people expressing true suspicion on Bard, murdering Bard seems more a move to make without revealing in thread your suspicion of them. Even more interesting is the fact that for one reason or another, Zane didn't kill Lumgol for being a Tineye 2. I would have thought Zane or the elims would have offed her. @Lumgol please do us all a favor, and prove for the second turn in a row that you are a Tineye 2, and not Vin. Could you vote on Coop, to see if he's an unusual role or something? That could be helpful. Now, pretty much anyone could have just not expressed their suspicion of Bard in thread. So I'm going to request, if anyone knows of anyone expressing suspicion of Bard in PMs, could you reveal so in thread? Could help open up more possibilities. For now, I'm going to vote on Rae. @Arraenae you vocalized pro-mistborn arguments during Day 1, were the first to vote on Bard, and then Bard was (probably) murdered by Zane. What have ye to say for yourself?
  8. Ok. If Bard was indeed killed by Zane, this actually gives me a lot of information to work with. I’ll do an entire analysis after work tomorrow, trust me. My fingers are practically itching to go through the day one lynch and sort people based on their interactions with Bard right now, but I need to sleep. I’ll figure out the nonsense with Joe later. Gotta murder Zane first. actually from the sounds of it, Joe wants Zane gone too. Joe if you learn anything... I’d appreciate you reaching out in some way. But I’ll rely upon my own efforts for now. Mine said die, join the dead doc (presumably) because it’s the best doc. I’ll admit I’m a bit confused by it.
  9. Hi guys. I said I was going to make PMs, and I really was intending to. Unfortunately I was at my sibling's dance recital pretty much all day, and just seriously haven't had time to do any significant PMing. If I don't die, I promise I'll make those PMs during the next night turn, which should be on wednesday, which is a day I don't have work and have no responsibilities, so I'll have the time to make those PMs and gather some information for my hunt for the serial killers. Also, anybody who dies: feel free to join my game. I'm not currently trying to figure out who has read skyward, but... if you have, ya know, it's my last hurrah on this community. I'd appreciate your presence. Thanks, love you guys. Hilarity aside, I'm kind of terrified I'm going to be offed tonight because of my single minded determination to rip Zane and Vin to shreds. If I die, I recommend a couple of things when hunting the serial killer: 1. Believe nothing they say. Their actions are the only true indicators of their evil ways. 2. Vin will be reluctant to claim, and Zane will happily claim thug, or maybe seeker. Remember zane can use 2 abilities in a turn, so if somebody claims a zane ability, try having someone scan his allomancy during the same turn, because he'll be unable to use copper and prove his ability and use the kill. Likewise, be suspicious of anyone who has the allomancy hiding copper. Actions speak louder than words. 3. I hate to say it, but trust the eliminators to help out. The assassin is the one thing Zane fears. I know I lived in constant fear of the assassin and the assassin kill during LG41. If you can pin him down, try letting the assassin have a go at it, because otherwise it's kind of a waste of a lynch (cuz Zane has that Thug 2 thing). My Serial Killer document should give you some idea of what kind of nonsense might be going through their heads. Not promising it'll reveal their intentions, but maybe it'll help you get in the right headspace for understanding how they might approach the game. Hope this advice helps if I get offed.
  10. There are currently 8 players signed up for this game. This is my last game guys, please sign up. I’ll extend signups 72 hours if I need to.
  11. Mailliw, why’d you change your vote to me at the very last minute? I don’t really understand the logic behind it. My vote on Araris was admittedly a bit of a long shot, I was hoping perhaps his rhetoric was indicative of a pro mistborn attitude. And indeed there are others who demonstrated that attitude, including HH and Lum. But most informative will be the kill tonight. @Fifth Scholar Will the Zane kill and the eliminator kill be differentiated in the writeup? Or will I end up needing to keep alternate scenarios, which would make things significantly less conclusive? Also im becoming increasingly weirded out by Joe. Can he even be targeted? What the heck is he? Could he be ruin or something? Maybe just the mist spirit? Mist spirit... huh....
  12. I don't like these posts. Elims and Mistborn will likely not look the same, and because they have different vulnerabilities and allies, I feel like this attitude of sort of pushing off worrying about the serial killer is highly suspicious. There is some merit to the idea of leaving Zane alive to leave as little work as possible for us when lynching the final elims. But, that's what allowed me to win LG41. If they had bothered to go after me earlier, they might have stood a chance. In essence, I feel as though Araris is trying to turn down the threat of the serial killer, and that makes me suspicious. Araris.
  13. Well, unless you got a better word, I'll keep calling them SK's. They're just as deadly to everyone as a standard SK. And... I fail to see how it is relevant what exactly they're called. We need to kill them both before we finish off the eliminators, and that's that.
