Welcome to silverlight Have a cookie as a welcoming gift along with an upvote (they go great together) . I belived myself quite proficient in the cosmere until I joined as well it only took a couple of weeks until I got that illusion puff into stormlight .as for your question I will have to agree with cloudjumper the characters of mistborn resonate better with me . Also @MightCosmere I belive what you were atempting to do was use the mention function , which you can access by pressing @ and fooliwing it up with the name of the person you want to call (or selecting his name from the popdown menu ) sorry if I misunderstood your intentions and that wasnt what you wanted to do

@Kalleth double posting orvin this case triple, is generally avoided. it is much more preferable to reply to several people with a single post , it is easier to read for other people, esspecialy in crowded threads.

Hmm my phone is acting weird with quotes , so sorry but there is nothing I can do about it , ill try to be clear despite that As for the bushing. I realy hadnt seen an other post about it ,perhaps except an offhanded remark I think . I have seen this ploy being used in real life but I was unaware of it's validity in a SE setting . I was indeed hesitant as you noted cos I thought it would make me look evil , but as I said I slept on it and decided that it wouldnt be wise not to voice my concern since I didnt see any one else say it . Perhaps in retrospect it was a bit foolish to think that the rest of you didnt think of it. However I have to add that I trusted drake from the start as shown in my support and trust of his posts and analysis and in our pms as well As for megasif's question I tried to passs items to someone in the cognitive realm twice and both times hot rhe same answer that I could only do it if the item specifically stated so . And also for that reason ill vote roadwalker as soon as I can get the colors right. As for the second one , I have no excuses it was a congratulatory and mostly idiotic , the same kind of post got me lynched in ag 3 I think(the kolos one) and I really should have learned . I didnt mean a systematic lynch as in random just that teoreticaly if we kill one player a turn we should have it , though now I am having second thoughts. Though my intentions have never been to stop. Discusion .

Hmm what I find especialy interesting is that his role jumped to an other player this could mean that the same goes for odium's power as well Also what I find weird is that he said that he downplayed his investigative power , but if he can scan all elims then why hasnt he left a list of everyone he has checked

Storming timezones , last hours of the last cycle seemed realy fun . And by the end I though alv was indeed inocent , tho I het the sence that he acts.like that on a regular basis in which case it was normal I think that if either me or road were elims if there would have been a changing of votes to break the tie or some sort of cvote manipulation I curently have two marks and plan to use one tonight Should I use both to check what alvron said ? Or are there any takers?

Ok , ofcourse sceptisism and not taking things for granted ever is crucial for mafia , but you made real good cases for each of them I dont know what you mean systematicaly , but this is a big flaw of mine when I belive victory is within sight I get lazy (I lose a lot of chess matches cos of it) I just said that theoreticaly with pdium and one of his followers dead already we should have it in the bag .

@Drake Marshall thank you for your analysis I was able to dig into it a bit more Before that the day (and the last night as well) was too dead of conversation and what you wanted to avoid , more discussion . Well I guess acusations and theories fly a lot more on the first two days , but still . I will join you on the lynch of Alvron ofand theoreticaly if we go through everyone one by one it should be an easy game , I d even be willing of lynching myself in the future if the majority asks for it in the future , I already have an rp in mind for that occasion I suspect that the elims will start going after the five that drake indicated so perhaps revealing roles now wouldnt be be the whorst of plans, since it would give the elims more targets , but I need some feedback on that plan . I dont know how sound it is

Thmmm something dawned on me last night Is it possible that drake is evil and lead the lynch on odium so that we all think he is good ? I would say that based on his atitude and ecthelion's storytelling it is highly improbable, but still just throwing it out there Perhaps not this game but generaly is it a good elim tact?

If. Yitzi is indeed odium (and if odium is an elim role , what a plot twist would it be if that wasnt thr case ) then it is all good, confirmed village role and big bad down . But theorizing about that would be boring so I can see three other scenarios 1) drake is outright lying. unlikely so early in the game 2)There is a framer type elim role 3) it is a false positive (due to an item or a role I' ll look back on the thread for who else has voted ytzi since. They are all soft cleared

So anfter reading everything again (to all of my rl friend's contempt ) I will have to agree that it is certainly odd First off at page four straw said : <[Something important in RL is happening this week, so I won't be on the Shard until Saturday ]> Then alvron voted straw cos "his name seems evil". But it apeared to be a pokevote Then many people vote and unvote alvron and it is clear that the alvron lynch is not likely to happen Also cloud said what he said and got two votes because of it Then later at page 10 alvron makes a vote tally and reaffirms his vote saying that he hadnt replyed yet And @Araris Valerian votes straw for the same reason basicaly , lurking , (this apears to me as fishing for new targets I would love to hear your thought process) Also cloud reaches 5votes and as a response joins the bandwagon understandably And then in quick succession @Drake Marshall and @Clanky hopped on saying that theyd rather kill a lurker The oddest thing about this lynch is that all the votes apart from cloud's were due to straw's inactivity which he explained early on!! Well it isnt the weirdest of bandwagons but idlike to hear what the voters have to say and correct me if I made any mistakes, sorry but this is my first deep dive on a SE game

Heheh stink Sensei is nothing if not commited Also regarding orlok's post (cant auote it for some reason) you are right I misspoke , I meant to say that asterion isnt especially suspicious instead of " the most suspicious" but it is only day one so how certain can we be of anyone's alignment, and I still need to read over straw's lynching And you are also right I hadnt considered that going after cloud would starve us of information later on (well unless an other bandwagon sprang up

Noooooo I spent 40 minutes making my reply and now it all went down the drain cos my stupid phone felt like refreshing . Bah ill try to reconstruct it to rhe best of my intoxicated abilities Asterion hasnt posted anything too important this cycle to change my opinion , but i wouldnt call him the most suspicious , perhaps I focused too much on him and as a result I have not anyone else on my list , I need to analyze the straw lynch cos it was certainly odd . Especially since I belive he posted with blue something about him having a family emergency and being absent until whenever but prior to my analysis I can see two scenarios Cloud is vilagea, meaning that the elims didnt care who dies , so they avoided bandwagons or abstained altogether Or cloud is an elim so one of them lead the lynch on straw or ... they didn't want to be implicated so they abstained andbwere lucky...? (Ok i cant remember what I had as a second option :p) So out of all the players I belive that lynching cloud will provide us with the most information.(note: after analyzing the lynch for my self my views could change but I wanted to post something tonight and since I am not on peak efficiency I would like to leave the analysis for tomorrow) Feedback is more than welcome and I feel like I am missing something here :/

There is certainly a possibility but I am not convinced it is more likely that everyone veing voted was innocent so they wouldnt realy care who dies

It is safe to asume that Not knowing who else is with you would make the game frustratingly confusing and makes puting killorders a mess It could however work in a faction game like lg ... the bondsmithing one, but even then you know someone

The analyzer has arived !!! :-) +1 For my part I was suspicious of asterion and still am cos he seemed to overreact to something minor ytzi did (ithink ) and later he jumped on the banwagon fairly quick . I knoq that this doesnt count for much since we dont have much to go on or theorize but idk his voting seems to me much weirder than cloud's "mistake" As for the second one it is a referance to my first game , that big one with worldhopping, hoid and shards, where I was super into it but got misslynched d2or3 for making rookie mistakes and slips of the tougne

No , I did too , it is a shame he had a role we could had used him Also as a sidenote I didnt win the auction can the man responsible for throwing my money down the drain please step forward so I can hurl a stone at him Hmm ...no my character isnt a violent person ... lets make that a bunch of leaves insted of a stone Also brightness I never vote on day one (last lg was an exception cos smn claimed elim or smt) when I do I usualy end up killing the jailor, so I just stoped doing it
