@Wahrheitswächter @Qianweilian @coco.pudding u all did really well for ur first game! subbing actions on time (for coco) and making sure u vote & give reads is pretty much all u need to start off as a villager. it’s hard not to follow the herd/choose the path of least resistance in these games so don’t beat urself up over that - which, at least early game, is actually perfectly fine to do because that’s when the majority of the voices in the thread are village so the votes will likely be village-led by default. but late-game is when it gets tricky because u basically have to tune out everyone else & try to think independently bc that’s when the elims are likely already driving the narrative hope ull all stick around!! It’s so nice to see SE alive again WTF this guy stole my lines

gg and thank u gms for the game yeah unfortunately i could not actually finish my investigation of ur claim the way i did jo’s due to that (such as what discerning player claimed to u and why, since Jo confirmed he had not claimed to anybody but me and TUM, digging deeper into ur cycle 3 action results, etc) and this meant that i just had to work with incomplete and one-sided information which messed with the conclusion quite a bit since i had to fill the gaps with assumptions but irl happens it’s def out of our hands something of note to the village, in late-game u MUST try to mech-solve the game as much as u can, i mentioned one example in the dead doc about how u could have attempted to clear/out villagers with investigative roles such as TOW and Doc by leveraging actions economy

It’s on MU itself by default, as a private thread visible only to mafia and the game hosts, then it’s up to the players whether they wanna create a discord server as well (most do). Actions are still submitted in the MU mafia private thread no one in the history of forum mafia has used docs like we do xd that’s exclusively our thing

Being under 18 is fine as long as you’re 13 or over I believe not having discord is also fine if ur ok with not having access to the spectator chat bc that is on discord - it’s not mandatory to join tho

Ok turns out people are informed if they are roleblocked so if someone wants to come forward with the claim of having been roleblocked c1 that would be useful if not it may have just been that they targeted Drake or something (edit: correction, not Drake specifically since his Wahr vote addition clearly went through; but it could’ve been one of the now-dead villagers is what I mean) edit: aaaand there was some miscommunication after all - the regal team would not have received archer’s scan results but tbf that doesn’t rly change any of my analysis very much, could be that tj randomly got got by the shardbearer and the elims tried to kill me

Well I am not regal if Jo is village because Jo claims to have scanned me as village heroic as of the end of C3 the only way I’m e is if Jo is also e and im insane for hard bussing him for no reason

Mmm my line of thought was more that I don’t think that Jo even if they’re regal, would lie about worldhopper’s role being what they told me cuz it’s just too random of a lie and can be easily debunked if untrue. So if worldhopper is def this one role regardless of their alignment, then we are still missing the Stormform regal that messed with doc’s action last cycle. the reason why I’m so confident doc’s action was meddled with is because I had /voluntarily/ claimed my role to doc before this and if doc is evil he would’ve simply known that I did obviously target someone but instead he claimed to have followed me to “no one” and idk why an elim makes that up when they know it’s untrue @A Jo in the Bush what do u think of this? so idk I guess that if 3 remaining elims is too much then Worldhopper is the villager ironically…. Just because idt jo is lying about their role and the stormform is still out there yes I know, hence the clarification I have GM confirmation on this, the team would have received results if Archer sent in an action C1 edit: also I am heroic that’s my true role pls ignore those other random claims I’ve made in PMs, I figure it’s best to be completely transparent here I protected myself C2

Ok well i think ill just lay everything down as is, apologies if this is suboptimal but it's cycle 4 so: I think TUM is the shardbearer, Jo is a regal converted C1 with a discerning role (or perhaps even one of the original regals), and worldhopper is another converted regal, perhaps converted just C3 (this one im not too sure about but ya). Here’s everything thats happened: Jo PMs me at the start of this cycle (C4) and claims to be a discerning singer, with the following actions: C1: doc12 scanned as village sneaky, C2: worldhopper scanned as village [REDACTED], C3: stick scanned as village [REDACTED] This is all fine and good, and i make a post early on in the cycle about it I then ask doc12 about his targets so far, and he tells me this: C1: jo targets stick, C2: akimo targets doc12, C3: stick targets no-one Couple of things alarming about this…. Firstly, jo claims to have targeted doc12 C1, not me. Secondly, I know for a fact I DID visit someone C3. To me, this is GM confirmed via my C3 action feedback. So: either doc12 is lying a bunch about everything, or jo is. In the latter case, doc's C3 action got redirected onto someone that did not take an action that cycle. I’m far more inclined to believe doc here over jo because apparently doc’s C3 action feedback is worded in such a way that indicates a redirect ie the original target is not explicitly named. if jo actually did scan me as village C1 but later in his big reads post says that he has no read on me whatsoever, that's def eye brow raising on its own Further, after some prompting from me, jo reveals that TUM ALSO claimed discerning to them during C2, when jo did that shardbearer test with them in PMs. Apparently TUM freaked out a bit thinking jo followed him with a sneaky role, and claimed that he did in fact visit archer c1, not to kill him, but rather to SCAN him because he’s discerning. Ok… weird. Not sure why TUM would straight up just claim the strongest village role in the game to somebody he explicitly does NOT trust. Source (from C2): It makes no sense for TUM to be claiming their true role to jo here at this stage. Jo then claimed that TUM returned to them during C3 having scanned jo as a village discerning as well What i think ACTUALLY happened: Jo scanned TUM C2 and found them to be the shardbearer and struck some sort of a deal. This might be why we did not see a shardbearer kill post-C3. I think jo scanned me C1 (as supported by doc’s C1 action results), scanned TUM C2, and scanned doc C3. or maybe archer scanned doc C1 and jo scanned someone else. worldhopper is a suspect because when i asked about their actions they claim they forgot that this was a QF and did not sub any actions during the cycle.... three separate times... i understand forgetting the first time, and let's say ur extra forgetful and forget a second time too. but THREE times? idk that's a hard pill to swallow so i kinda think they just got converted last night for having that initial cred from voting archer c1 additionally i also kinda think Wahr is a regal atm, perhaps one of the remaining original ones idk and probably a Stormform that targeted me last cycle and caused doc's sneaky visit to be redirected away from me. ok as ur resident LOCK CLEARED villager i have gathered claims from everyone we are missing a spren claim --> the extra vote on Mistfallen from C1 is unaccounted for, and i doubt an elim spren would have done it so i have concluded that whoever added that vote has since been CONVERTED and LIED to me about their role discuss. edit: well ig it doesnt have to be a missing spren, it could be a missing inspiring claim instead. doesnt matter.

I’ve received a discerning claim - per their action results, as of the end of Night 1 doc was a villager as of the end of Night 2, Worldhopper was a villager as of the end of Night 3, I am a villager (wow!) now we’ve already had a regal discerning flip, so this player who shall remain unnamed likely did not start off as a regal, however they could have been converted either n1 or n3. either way, I don’t think they are lying about their results and they are definitely not the shardbearer @Akimikoisthecutest who’d u target last cycle? with 10 players left we best treat this cycle as LYLO as a matter of fact we should always treat every cycle as lylo hmmyes
